just had a consultation with Josh for invisalign. he was super helpful and explained everything clearly. loved that it was straight to the point and managed to book my first in-person appointment there and then! Can't wait to get started with my treatment :))

I had an initial consultation with Josh Gower and found the whole experience very easy, professional, and informative. Josh took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the options available to me.

I was particularly impressed by the transparent pricing structure, with costs explained upfront.

I can’t fully rate as 5 star yet as it’s just initial consultation and not receive any treatment yet. So far so good. Well explained for the plan and what’s next from Jamie.

First saw Dr Soumaya on TikTok & tried my best to steer away (fear the dentist LOL🤣) but I am so glad I took the leap. Had a consultation today & it was GREAT! My treatment coordinator Harley was more than happy to answer any questions & explained everything thoroughly. Simple, easy process with professional but super welcoming coordinators.

I had my first consultation with Harley over Zoom to discuss Invisalign and had a really positive experience. Harley was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Everything was explained really clearly, and I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions without ever feeling rushed or pressured.

Not much in person touch points. Customer service/ staff not the most professional.

I came to Invisiblebraces4u with really crowded teeth on my bottom row and the Invisalign treatment has straightened my teeth so much! The staff have also been super helpful where I’ve needed refinement aligners. Dr Matt and Dr Soumaya were particularly helpful with resolving issues I had with my teeth. Dr Matt took the time to assess my teeth and find the best treatment plan for me and Dr Soumaya was a great help when I needed additional aligners. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure they’re happy with their results. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy place to do Invisalign with :)

Is anyone able to give any reviews post consulation stage, as I am yet to see anyone having there braces fitted and being happy with overall service

Really disappointed with my experience at the Islington branch. The waiting times are honestly ridiculous. Almost every time I come, I’m waiting at least 30 minutes past my appointment time. One time I was seen on time, but then after being sent for a scan I was left waiting another 45 minutes. Even today I was waiting over half an hour.

The communication has also been really poor. I’ve barely had any contact with my treatment coordinator and I’m constantly being seen by different dentists. The problem with this is that I’ve been given different information depending on who I see, which is really confusing when it comes to something as important as my treatment.

I also recently tried to book my Invisalign fitting and was told the earliest appointment was a whole month away. My scan had already been done around 6 weeks before, so I’m now concerned about my teeth moving in the meantime and whether this will affect my treatment.

I’m paying a lot of money for private treatment and expected much better organisation, communication and continuity of care. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been very frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend this branch based on my experience so far.

I had my video consultation with Harley today, he was absolutely amazing. He answered all the questions I asked and was really really nice. Booking process was very easy and straight forward nothing too complicated.
