WORST COMPANY, WORST SERVICE, CHEAPEST QUALITY CLOTHES
Although I haven’t used TEMU products but I feel even that would be better than this.
This company should be black listed.

Just spend £30 to returning what I bought from Isabella London. It’s costing £70.99 to buy. Only worth £10 in Temu!The clothes I ordered nothing like the advertised! Very poor quality, suede dress not even suede. I asked for refund, they give me address to send to China. There is nothing mentioned in their return and refund policy. I bought from London and now ask me send to China!Never experienced anything ridiculous like this , just don’t make sense! Don’t buy anything from this company! Believe me, I learned my lesson. Now I sent back my order waiting for my refund! Let’s see.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!, THEY PUT PICTURES UP OF COATS FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY! When your order arrives it is not the same as the picture very poor quality they say its a 30 day refund but when you ask for a refund they offer you 20% and you keep the product, paid £40 for a coat in the sale prob cost £5 to make, They make the refund price so high no one sends there product back as they would be out of pocket by alot more, Do not buy from them scam company

It’s fraud company took money and just kept waiting for delivery but nothing happened just be aware I got scammed and I don’t want any body get scammed they are fraud fraud and just fraud

❌NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!❌Quick to accept customer’s payment and then starts the long wait for order delivery! This company is not based in London it’s just a hoax! All in a bid to deceive prospective buyers! When my products arrived, they were a far cry from what’s seen on their website. Very very cheap looking stuff, poor finishing, terrible fit. The coat is the worst of all. I’d have to trash it cos it’s just terrible and such poor quality material.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. No communication after placing an order, and when queried, the tone of the replies was dismissive and rude. Utterly unacceptable. Placed an order on 4th Dec and now it’s 21st and I still haven’t received the parcel. So much for next day delivery.

Never order anything from this company. Their products are faulty, rip offs. If you complain they will pretend to help and then stop responding. It is a con set up and you will lose your money. You have been warned in the nicest possible way.

Ordered Causual Denim Dress which was too big.
Sent it back in August proof of purchase. Not received my money back.
Sent numerous e-mails.
No response.
Left with out refund.

Terrible experience! I ordered a jumper. They sent me a blouse and would not accept a return. They finally agreed to a 30 % refund, but I never received it and they stopped responding. Do not buy anything from them!

The website was advertised on Facebook, and I believed it was the genuine brand “Izabel London”. The listing name “Isabela London” is misleading and appears to imitate the real brand. I was directed to their website and made a purchase.
The item I received does not match the advertised product: it arrived unlabelled, is of very poor quality, and is completely different from the “premium windproof coat” described on the site. The return policy was also not clearly shown at checkout, and the information provided after purchase was inconsistent and unclear.
This appears to be a misleading or fraudulent website designed to imitate a legitimate brand and sell unbranded goods under false advertising.

Clicked a link on Facebook and took me to a shop called Isabella London, with a beautiful shop front. Website stated goods would be despatched following day by Royal Mail. Everything was on sale so I placed an order for a few items.

A few days went by and no goods arrived - the penny dropped - I had been truly hooked - goods were coming from China 😡. Goods arrived today - all absolute rubbish and when trying to return I found out that sales goods cannot be refunded - everything on the website was in the sale! Lesson learnt - check out shop before ordering. I can’t access the Facebook page now but my daughter has done so and reported them.

I ordered a jacket. Looked nive £39.95. Stated waterproof and a matt finish.It took over a month to arrive. I emailed several times but no answer.
When it arrived it is shiny, cheap material from China. Arms are 4 inches too short. Poor quality. To return one needs to email them and I know they will not return email.
I can see I have been conned and going forward will always look on Trust pilot first. I could have seen that there is an issue with false advertising. They is nothing enclosed about returns. I have been ripped off!!
On the basis I have never written a review previously one can tell how upset and powerless I feel. I feel conned.

SCAM
Ordered Tommy Hilfiger items took ages to arrive . Arrived From China & when they did all fake have tried to contact by phone & email . They won’t reply .

Pure Rubbish

Ordered some Tommy Hilfiger trainers. Took ages to come and once they did they were FAKE. Nothing like the picture and NO logos. Tried to contact them several times but no reply. DO NOT order - am going to trading standards about this company!

Fake shoes. Even though the website states Tommy Hilfiger the shoes were sent in a bubble wrap bag from China. Wrong size and fake shoes no branding only an imitation. There is no other documentation to return the product. DO NOT use this place. Also it’s registered to a house not a shop like their website shows. Emailed and no reply. Will contact citizens advice bureau and trading standards if need be to make a formal complaint

I bought Uggs from here and then read the reviews so expected them to never arrive as I thought I’d just been an idiot and paid to a Scam company. But they came today so I didn’t feel as ridiculous 😂 granted it’s like 2 months later but they’re actually really nice boots, just a little small for me.

I ordered a pair of Uggs on 17/02/24 and they’ve still not arrived. There’s a made up Royal Mail tracking number on my shop account. Money has been taken and nothing.
I have repeatedly contacted them via email and their contact us section on their website. I wish I had come on here and looked and what everyone else was saying before I parted with my cash.
Avoid, no one seems to have had a good experience with this “company”.

Do not buy from this company wrong colour sent , wrong advertising , no reply from support total scam . My bank won’t refund me as I have no documents to send them back, as I can’t get a reply from the company. Just read another review , sent goods back to them no refund ????

This company shouldn't be allow to operate as they are advertising completely different stuff from what you actually recieve.
I have order what was supposed to be 'Ugg shoes'. On their website there is Ugg logo on the shoes and everything and when it arrived it is literally plain shoe with nothing on it.
Fake fake fake!
Quality is very poor.
They are ignoring my emails and when contacted via messenger I can see they are reading my messages but no respond at all.
Save yourself money and do not send anything to them!

Company is advertising branded shoes and sending unbranded and poor quality shoes. Do not respond to emails and have not refunded the shoes which I returned weeks ago. Do not recommend.
