Purchased tickets online for Israir flight from Prague to Ben Gurion to complete a journey from London (flying from London to Prague by Easyjet with 1 hour 15 minutes between flights at Prague). Tried to check in for the Israir flight on line. Sends OTP with 30 second limit to use - but the OTP does not arrive in 30 seconds and does not work. Tried repeatedly. So may be stranded in Prague.

Update: We arrived in Prague and went straight to the gate for the Israir flight, where the staff dealt with the check-in. So we were able to take the flight after all. The plane was very clean inside, cabin staff were satisfactory. The flight left about 45 minutes later than scheduled but arrived only about 10 minutes late.

My flight from Vilnius to Tel Aviv on the 16.6 was cancelled due to a war situation. They promised a refund. I filled the request form and sent it and I'm waiting.
The problem is you can not speak with them. They don't get back to you on the phone. On whatsapp the bot terminates the chat when you write the topic.
I know that at least one other airline already paid the money, but here they don't even bother to communicate with you.

Terrible customer servise. No way to contact them!

אני רוצה לעשות פוסט להגיד כמה שאני מאוכזבת מחברת ישאראיר. חולה סרטן שצריך לחזור במיידית לארץ לא זכה ליחס ואפילו צחקו אלינו שהתקשרנו. לא היה לישראיר בעיה להחזיר מפורסמים ואנשים שמשפיעים ברשת אבל חולה סרטן שרצה לעשות חופשה קטנה אחרי הרבה שנים של טיפולים היה צריך לעבור גיהנום שלם בלי כדורים וטיפול כימו משמעותי. ישראייר חברה זוועה בושה וחרפה.

I want to make a post to say how disappointed I am with Israir. A cancer patient who needed to return to Israel immediately was not treated well and they even laughed at us for calling. Israir had no problem bringing back celebrities and influencers, but a cancer patient who wanted to take a little vacation after many years of treatment had to go through complete hell without pills and significant chemo. Israir is a horrible, shameful company.

Bad servie, try another one

I arrived at the gate 1 hour before the flight, the check in was closed even tho other companies had their check in available, telling me i need to be 3 hours before the flight but there was NOTHING WRITTEN about that in the ticket. I left stranded in sofia, they didnt even want to talk to me and when they did they shouted that i just need to book another ticket because its my own fault

I wish I had read the reviews before booking. Avoid at all cost - the airline is completely awful and messed up my booking.

Strongly advise not to rely on this company.
I arranged a flight to Cypress from the U.K with another company and from there to Tel Aviv with Israir.
Israir changed the flight time which entailed that I would miss my connection.
Due to the change of time I had to cancel the flight and only received 25% of the fare back according to Israir's biased policy.
This is not a professional company and they have no regard for their customers.
Be warned.

They took my money, cancelled the flight and returned me only 103 dollars, while it was cost 173$. They didn't even say to me that my flight was cancelled, I figured it out by myself when checked the site. They won't respond to your mails never. Don't even wait, straight to court.

Israir does whatever they want and the cusotmers are the ones who suffer. They broguht a flight 14 hours (!) earlier and I had to shorten my vacation and make arrangements accordingly. They do not have a telephone number for customer service (have you seen something similar ?!) and they do not answer any email too. Their flights are commonly delayed.

They change the timing of 2 flights that I had with them which caused me to missed on my connections and day of work, after being on the phone for 2 hours somebody picked up the phone and had the gall to tell me that in theirs terms it says that they allowed to change and cancel flights as they wish!!!! So it's my responsibility when booking with them. Never heard of such a thing! How can anyone plan anything with such a unreliable company??? I wanted to cancel my flights, they wanted 90% of the tickets price for cancelation fees!! I'm every week on the plain and I NEVER experience such scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

This company is the worst to fly with. One flight was delayed by 12 hours without anyone updating anything. On another they claimed to mistakenly book me on a full flight - and changed my flight.

Terrible company. Will take your money then change the flights, cancel them, change destinations. Without notifying you. Without contacting you. And without being contactable on any channel. Their phone number is a fake. Keep you on hold for hours without anyone picking up. The WhatsApp service is inoperable and “restarts” the convo on its own, preventing you from ever getting a reply. I have tried reaching them for days. People even drove to the airport to try speak to someone but the ground staff just refuse to engage with them and will not help. Shockingly bad customer service. Shocking.

Cancelled our flight 15 hours before departure, leaving us with no alternatives, non-refundable hotel in Athens and missed future flights.

When you think Israeli companies can be trusted in these times, do not expect the same from Israir.

Terrible customer service. They are impossible to reach in all communication channels.

The worst airline i ever flight with

Both in and out cyprus had 3h delay end even after that we had another 1h delay because they had to fuel the plane and no one bother updating us.

Total of 7-8h delay total each time im using this airline
But this is defiantly my last time.

If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would. This was the first, and last time, that we used this airline. Flew to Cyprus. About 3 hours before departure we received a notification that the flight was delayed. We rescheduled the taxi pick up. Then it was delayed for a 2nd time. Instead of flying at 15:45 we flew at 23:15. Luckily the car rental was still open in Larnaka when we landed. As an apology they offered a free coffee and pastry at the airport in Israel. No explanation why the flight was delayed by 9 hours. Our return flight was changed to leave 4 hours earlier. We had to wake up at 04:00 to drive to airport, drop off car and check in. Again, no explanation why flight was changed. For both ways they used a Czech company and the staff were great but Israir you suck.
