Terrible experience, long delays, no explanations,
There are many good airlines out there, choose them and save your time, money and nerves

I had booked a flight from paphos to tel aviv and about 10 hours before the flight they sent me an email that the flight is earlier with 4 hours and i had no way to get to the airport at that time and i tried to contact them and they had the most bad customer service just replied to my email after an hour+ and they started to say that it was just one hour before and i sent them my boarding pass and they said just then that it was a 3rd change and after begging for a flight they just changed me to one 14 hours later and i went and payed for a taxi and hotel over 250 euro and missed an appointment in israel that i payed a high price and i was trying to contact them for a refund and compensation and nothing they do not reply to any emails. "AVOID THIS AIRLINE"

Worse airline and service that I ever experienced.
Late 3 hours, landing in Greece, then they rushed us to exit the plane to just stand in the middle of the airport to wait for a bus.
They absolutely ruined my vacation and costed me additional charges from the car rental

En retard de 5 heures à l'allée sans la moindre compensation ou excuses ou même sans communication. L'avion au retour dans la même logique accusé un retard conséquent.

It was said that the flight was brought forward from 7:50 to 4:25 after a long time and at 3 am the airline said that the flight was delayed to 7:55 We did not receive compensation in the form of food as required by law

Very disappointing experience with TUS Airways. At check-in, we were forced to pay €25 because our backpack weighed just over 4 kg.

Our booking confirmation and ticket mentioned only the bag dimensions, not any weight limit, so the extra charge came as a complete surprise. In addition, we received no email, SMS, or WhatsApp message from the airline before the flight with baggage information.

The staff showed no flexibility or willingness to help. It felt like the airline was focused on charging extra fees rather than providing fair customer service. I would not recommend flying with TUS Airways.

A terrible company, delays without explanation, we've been sitting on the plane for over an hour without water and without explanation, don't use this company, it's terrible.

Absolute SCAMMERS - Avoid this airline! They delayed my flight by two hours, completely ruining my travel plans and onward connection. Their customer service is a ghost town. I have been trying to reach them via WhatsApp and email during working hours with zero response. Terrible experience, unacceptable negligence, and extremely disappointing service!

Considering using Tus to fly from TelAviv to paphos/Larnaka?
Don't! - Long delays, very high baggage prices and they even don't serve water on the flight...
I tried once, will never use Tus again.

They cancelled the flight. They didn't give me proper notice, didn't reserve new tickets, and their hotline is terribly responsive. No one even answers emails on weekends. They haven't refunded the tickets yet. Apparently, this company is a scam, as they don't operate properly.

The flight was okay , what wasn’t is waiting for the bag , it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my one and only bag .

Late, charge more money on suitcase. No room for the legs.

I felt like they want you to suffer. It felt more like a horror movie than a flight. The flight was supposed to take of at five. Then six. Then 11 pm. And bye the time we boarded it was 3am. DO NOT FLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I travelled with TUS Airways from Larnaca to Tel Aviv on 6 October 2025 (flight U8 108) and encountered a highly unprofessional and misleading practice.

At Larnaca airport I was forced to weigh my backpack together with my laptop as one item, which clearly contradicts TUS Airways’ own published policy and standard industry practice. Based on this, I was charged for alleged excess weight at €8 per kg — even though the airline’s website on that very day stated €5 per kg and allowed a free personal item.

When I pointed this out to the duty manager and showed him the official website screenshot, he ignored my protest and still demanded payment. I later submitted a detailed formal complaint to TUS management, attaching all evidence. More than two weeks have passed and the company has provided no response whatsoever.

To make matters worse, shortly after my complaint, TUS retroactively changed its website terms to match its position — a practice that is misleading and unfair to passengers.

Instead of addressing legitimate complaints, the airline seems focused on suppressing negative reviews. Both at the airport and afterwards, my concerns were dismissed and ignored.

Passengers should be aware that TUS Airways does not appear to respect its own published policies, nor does it respond when challenged.

I flew from Tel Aviv to Cyprus today. Even though I ordered and paid for 2 suitcases, I was charged for them again at the airport. I would like to receive an explanation as to why they asked me to pay twice.

I wish I could give 0. This is the most despicable airline. They delayed us by many hours, then flew us to Larnaca (we had booked Paphos), from where we had to travel by BUS to Paphos , which got us to our destination 8 hours late. They don't answer mails, messages, phone. NOTHING! It's an absolute scabdal that they are allowed to operate

Worst company ever.
They never fly in time, they will change your flight time few times.
Do yourself a favor and dont fly with them.
