Commandé un pull en coton biologique. Reçu un pull en nylon bas de gamme. Il s'agit d'un site de dropshipping expédiant depuis la chine donc en plus il faut attendre très longtemps. Aussi n'attentez pas à avoir un service client honnête, c'est tout l'inverse, on vous demande de supprimer votre litige paypal pour vous faire un geste commercial (ce qui ne faut évidemment ne pas faire !!!). Scandaleux !

This company is a complete fraud or I should say it's a SCAM as mentioned by few other people in the previous comments. I ordered a Nautical Theme key holder which is a 3D model as per their website and what I got was a metal sheet with a colored print out of that 3D model on that metal sheet. Total scam. I ordered in August and the order which I received was more than a month after. Kindly do not buy. I can share the details with pictures of what I received. Lastly, as per their terms and conditions on their website, if not satisfied they have to give you replacement or you can return it. When I emailed for returning, they simply refused and after 10-12 emails back and forth, they simply agreed that ok we will pay 20% if you are not satisfied. What a SCAM . If anyone needs proof’s of what I mentioned above, anyone can contact me and I will share the actual pictures and email responses as well!

Betrüger , ich hab vor 2 Woche etw bestellt und noch nicht gekommen , ich hab 5 mal mail geschrieben , keine Antwort !

This Shop is a complete fraud. Worst online experience ever. You get to see a nice 3D personalized models in their website, but at the end you get the picture pasted in a plastic material. To talk about the quality, you get a AI generated picture of someone else, not even close to what you have uploaded. Refund and returns, it is a joke. Forget if you are planning to get one

Vorsicht nicht zu empfehlen! Viel Geld für Expressversand gezahlt und die Ware ist nicht wie angegeben angekommen. Der „Service“ kommt nicht entgegen und hilft nicht weiter. Passt zu allen anderen Bewertungen, habe leider nicht vorher geschaut.

Ab Bestelldatum ist die Ware nach drei Wochen angekommen, leider zu spät, sollte ein Geburtstagsgeschenk sein. Angegeben wurde eine Standard Lieferzeit: 5-15 Werktage. Vielleicht hätte ich früher bestellen sollen...
Schlimmer ist aber, dass die Ware überhaupt nicht so aussieht, wie auf dem Hauptfoto.... So dachte ich es bestellt zu haben... jetzt im nachhinein habe ich in der Beschreibung ganz unten gelesen (letzter Satz: Hinweis: Dieses Produkt ist eine 2D-Ebene). Das ist aus meiner Sicht absichtliche Irreführung und auch der Preis viel zu hoch.
Ich habe per Mail eine Erstattung angefordert, mal sehen ob sich jemand meldet.

Ganz schlimme Firma, Potenzial für Betrug.
Ware kam um einige Tage verspätet (trotz extra bezahlten Expressversand) und die zugesandte Figur hatte nicht viel gemeinsam mit dem eingeschickten Bild.

Was da geliefert wurde, ist nicht akzeptabel. Total überteuert. Material billig. Preis 60€ Nepp.!!!! Das grenzt an Betrug. Nicht zu empfehlen. Bin sehr unzufrieden und sehr verärgert. Dachte eigentlich ein außergewöhnliches Geschenk zu haben. Lächerlich!!!!!!!

Ordered what i thought was a lovely fireman ornaments for my husband.
What i received was an image printed onto a laser cut piece of plastic.
Totally disgusted with this 'company' and its ability to take people's money.
Do Not waste your money on any of their products.

Vermutlich Betrugsmasche: Die bestellte Ware wurde sofort dem PayPal Konto belastet, es kam aber keine Email zur Bestätigung an. Auf Nachfrage wurde versichert, dass alles "ok sei".
Bis heute wurde nur das Geld vom Konto abgebucht, aber es ist nach wie vor keine Ware ankommen und noch nicht einmal eine Auskunft, wann diese Ware ankommen soll. Versprochen wurde eine Lieferzeit von 3-4 Tagen. 15 Tage später keine Reaktion, keine Ware. Auf Nachfrage hat das Unternehmen gesagt, das Produkt sei nicht lieferbar und angeboten mir ein Armband als Ersatz zu senden, erstattet aber nicht den Kaufpreis

Ich wurde abgezocken! Nach der Bestellung habe ich nichts mehr von denen gehört. Hätte ich mal zuerst auf die Bewertung geachtet.

Da ich hier diese ganzen Bewertungen gelesen habe, wollte ich mal nachfragen wann mein Produkt ankommt. Doch die angegebene Email gibt es anscheinend nicht. Also wird wahrscheinlich das Geld weg sein und kein Produkt wird ankommen.

Absolute Abzocke. Ware ist völlig unbrauchbar.expressversand wird nicht wie beschrieben, eingehalten.
Rückerstattung per PayPal leider nicht möglich,da der Fall zu Gunsten des Verkäufers entschieden wurde
Traurig.

Leider ein Fakeshop, hätt ich doch zuerst hier reingeschaut vor der Bestellung. Nach Eingang der Zahlung passiert nichts mehr, emails nicht errb. - nada. Nachtrag 26.8.: Viele mails kamen retour...doch kaum schreibe ich hier, kommt Reaktion. Korrigiere mich natürlich, sollte doch noch was kommen. Update 29.8. neue Tracking Nr. via Paypalinfo gekriegt, doch auch diese funktioniert nicht, resp. wird nicht erkannt. Update 02.09.25: Ware kam, hat aber gar nichts mit einer 3D-Figur zu tun. Ein aus ner Mehrischich tplatte gefrästes Bild, wird auf nen Sockel gestellt. Nie mehr!

I've never seen anything like it. By far the worst online experience I've seen. Per the other reviews you see something that looks ok but what turns up is total, useless junk. The item my wife ordered was a nice looking wooden book holder she bought for the kids at her work. What arrived was a few pieces of balsa wood with sharp metal staples sticking out all over the place and half in bits. So bad I'll be telling people about it for years.

Update: They have responded with their usual reply below. If you read other reviews they never actually follow through with a refund so I won't be entering into that conversation with them.

I disputed this transaction with my bank and was successful. That means that a legitimate Australian financial institution found that Iswanshop are misrepresenting their inventory and reproducing faulty and subpar products.

I suggest everyone who has been deceived by this company do the same.

You will come across a product from the seller VooPuzzle. This is the genuine toddler bookcase that Iswanshop stole their images from to sell a shoddy imitation listed as 'Wooden Children's Book Storage Shelf'.

While I unfortunately stumbled upon these reviews after I had made my purchase, I thought I would wait until my order arrived to see if I was at least going to get a semi-decent knockoff product.

When it finally arrived, forgetting about how tiny it is in comparison to the images, they had no base to them. Meaning if you attempted to pick it up from the top handle (which would actually just snap off from the weight of the 3-4 books that can be tightly squeezed into the product), everything would just fall through it.

I emailed the company about this issue and was told that this model has no base "in order to have more space to put books or other pens." That's right, in order to put more books or other pens to fall through the bottom.

The company has not offered any sort of replacement or refund, so just adding this review to the many other negative ones so maybe I can save someone from making the same mistake as I did.

Please note that their reply does not address the stolen images from Etsy and that they do not deny they sent me a product that lacks a bottom that books can easily slip through.

This is the sort of service you can expect from this fabulous company.

The company replied to an email I had sent that had a link to the Etsy site with the products they were attempting to shoddily reproduce. They didn't address the stolen images again and instead said the following -

"So sorry If you are not satisfied with our products, we can refund you 10% of the product fee as compensation, can you accept it?You can Keep the product'

Why would I want 10% off a product that is unusable instead of a full refund? It's faulty and not worth keeping.

It's like they're attempting to gaslight myself and everyone else here who's made complaints like we don't have working eyes that can see how badly their products are made.

Im Internet steht, Lieferzeit 7 Tage. Ware seit 20 Tagen nicht angekommen. Per E-Mail, bekommt man keine Auskünfte.
