Meine Bestellung ISWANAN Bestellnummer# 104100000002648 kommt leider nicht an. Keine Antwort auf Mail. Leider sehr enttäuscht.

Null, null so wie auf der Abbildung. Billiger Schrott für die Tonne und maßlos überteuert.
Hände weg von dem Shop.

Ich habe eine personalisierte Figur auch mit Extraversandkosten bestellt...2 bis 3 Werktage..für ein Geburtstagsgeschenk...Bestellung Ende Juni...bis heute 10.August noch nicht gekommen..keine Antwort auf Email..Bezahlung längst erfolgt...ganz unseriöse Firma nicht zum Empfehlen ....Eigentlich 0 Sterne aber das funktioniert leider nicht

Habe über diesen Shop eine personalisierte Figur bestellt für einen Geburtstag und dies extra mit Expressversand (21 Euro Versand) genommen!
Auf der Homepage stand 2-5 Werktage!
Das Paket kam natürlich nicht rechtzeitig sondern erst nach knappen drei Wochen!
Auf mehrmaligen Mails das ich nun keine Verwendung mehr habe wird nicht reagiert!
Lasst wirklich die Finger von diesem Shop
Leider sehr unzuverlässig!

Une pure arnaque!!!! Surtout n’achetez pas J’ai acheté un produit il y a 1 mois Toujours pas reçu alors que j’avais payé un supplément pour un envoi sous cinq jours
J’ai ouvert un litige auprès de PayPal
Il me rembourse seulement 13 € sur 54 €
Je vous conseille surtout de ne jamais acheter sur ce site qui est tout simplement une arnaque

Die sind einfach Betrüger. Hab seit 8 Wochen mein Bestellung nicht erhalten

Ich warte seit über drei Wochen auf meine Bestellung. Die Hochzeit wofür ich es bestellt habe ist in drei Tagen , danach brauche ich es auch nicht mehr ! Bloß nichts bestellen.

I wish i looked at the reviews before buying from iswanshop.they speak for them self.i bought a present for my wife’s birthday it was an amine picture i know it is spose to be abit of a cartoon theme but when mine turned up it was completely someone different not me or the wife.i got in touch with iswanshop they offered me 10% refund for there mistake which i didnt except i told them to keep the 10% as i think they need it because at this rate i dont think they will be getting any repeat customers.

Very disappointed - I won't use again. Bought a sheet metal clock, it turned-up bent. Told to bend it back into shape myself! The metal just bends back into its mis-shape. From the supplier:

"So Sorry it seems that there is no problem. You just need to use a heavy object to press the clock face for a period of time and it will recover. The metal material does not affect the use."

Halten sich nicht an die Lieferbediengungen. Man zahlt Expressversand, kommt aber später an als der Normalversand.

This company is running a scam. They advertise luxury high quality items on their website at premium prices and send out the most cheap and tacky items they can find. They then refuse you a refund when you are not happy with the products.

I showed my family the image of what I thought I would be receiving and then showed them what I had actually received. They all laughed their head off and were shocked at how much I had paid.

Unless you like to be ripped off and disappointed I would avoid this company at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I had back surgery in Novermber of 2024. I had been at home recovering when on December 17,2024 I got a knock at my door and was informed that my daughter had passed away.After paying for her cremation and her service, It pretty much took all I had in savings.My daughter was a beautiful person, with such a loving soul so with what little money I had left, I wanted an Urn to put her ashes in. I decided on an urn for her through Iswanashop. I wanted something I could see her face everyday and remind me how beautiful she truly was. I decided to order a glass piece that I could have her picture etched in.The glass piece a had a spot to place some of my daughters ashes in. I paid $179 in total and that included to receive the Urn in 2-3 days. When I finally received the Urn the package they shipped it in was a joke. Upon opening the package. I found her Urn was broke.I was so upset.I contacted Iswanashop and asked for a refund. They offered to replace it and reinforce the packaging. I agreed. I was just so desperate to have my daughter home with me. So I waited for the next piece to come. When it FINALLY came. It was in the same exact packaging they had sent the first broken Urn in. I didn’t even have to open it to know it was broken. The glass was poking right though the packaging. I instantly started video recording me carefully opening the package. Yup completely busted. I contacted the shop and asked for a refund, they again offered to remake another. I replyed absolutely not. I want a refund.I would go with another company.I had waited long enough for my daughter’s ashes to go in something. Iswanashop then sent a reply if I’m not willing to accept a new product would I accept a 50% refund so they didn’t have to eat the cost of materials and shipping. I said I would not accept 50% refund,there poor packaging is not my problem. I didn’t pay for broken pieces. I paid for good condition product. After a couple days go bye, I messaged them again asking about my refund they then offered a 60% refund. I again declined. I told them I had paid full price for her Urn to be in great condition. I didn’t pay for a broken product. I wanted a full refund. They have continued to refuse to give me a refund. I then googled Iswanashop and found Trustpilot and seen so many negative reviews. It seems I’m not the only one who Iswanashop has tried to screw over. I decided to write a review on my experience with Iswanashop. I can say I will not accept anything but a full refund.I will continue writing the company everyday till I get it. I will contact whatever agency I have to, eventually enough complaints they will get there website shut down.They can reply to this review and tell me to contact them like they have with everyone on this site. Even though I have continuously asked them for a refund.Let me just say again Iswanashop I want my full refund. I don’t want another piece and I don’t want another product in exchange. I want a full refund.How dare you try and screw me out of money that was meant to be for my daughters ashes. I’m already going through the tragic loss of my daughter and your company is will not refund me.Iswanashop has never met someone like me. I will continue in my efforts to get my money back. I will post on TikTok, Facebook, etc. If I have too.
IM DATING this on behalf of the shops reply after reading my review.They have again asked to send a new Urn. It’s been 38 messages with this compony again I declined.Your Website clearly states that if the product comes damaged you will replace or REFUND my money. I will not wait for the 3rd broken piece.
Update again!!After Iswanashop seen this negative review they contacted me and told me that if I took down my negative review then they would offer me a refund. So they are blackmailing me saying that I will never get my money back unless I take the review down. I did reply you give me my money back then I will take the review down.They then replied they started a return but will issue the refund only when I take the review down. I refused!!! So to all who reads this I am giving my honest experience. I wish trustpilot had an option to add photos. I would post pictures of the 2 broken pieces I have received, along with all the messages I have received from this company so people know how this company scams people.
Update: I message iwanashop and ask for a refund. Here is their reply.Hello, Sorry we have applied for a full refund for you. Once our system recognizes that your negative review has been deleted, the refund will be returned to you immediately.
UPDATE: Iswanashop again replyed after AGIAN asking for a refund.Thank you for your understanding. If you have not received the refund, it means that the system has not yet successfully recognized that you have deleted the negative review.
UPDATE: I didnt give up. Stand your ground. I got my refund

Colis reçus au bout d' un mois arrivé le 27 décembre ,ne correspond pas à l article commande ,j ai commandé une horloge avec photos ,la photo centrale n est pas c elle que j ai choisi et qualité très bas de gamme ,une photo est abîmé pour le prix très déçu je ne recommande pas du tous

Commande passer depuis 2 mois et toujours aucun produit envoyer !! Période de noël ou non il faut avoir du professionnalisme et je trouve ça inadmissible ! Je déconseille fortement

Verspricht dass Ware in 4-7 Tagen da sein sollte, es dauerte 4 Wochen. Qualität massiv schlecht, Foto wurde viel kleiner Gedruckt als auf der Homepage ersichtlich. Eine Fernbedienung fehlte (für ein Fotowecker).
Email Adressen stimmen nicht, sind unbekannt, Kontakt war nur über paypal möglich, dort zum Glück schnelle Antwort-der einzig positive Punkt am Ganzen! Nicht empfehlenswert.

Disgusted with the service this company offers. I have initially paid over £70 for a Personalized 3D Photo Crystal. First of all, don't fall for the advertised images, the finished product looks nothing like what they are advertising. When challenged the first time they said they will redo the product and send to me if I pay the transportation fee £10, I agreed. Surprise, same product came back. When chalenged and asked them to arrange collection for their products and give me refund they refused and kept on sending me the same email over and over again arguing that there is nothing wrong with the product. Someone should really shut down their website.

Customer care and follow up was excellent
