Wasn't expecting the stocking hanger to handle this much weight tbh. Stuffed three massive stockings (had to be over 20kg easy) and the metal didn't even flex. seriously sturdy reinforcement.

I would put no stars if I could! There website states risk free trial and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I bought the cordless string trimmer and our grass was too tall, would not cut it at all. I have not requested 4 times to return it and they will not give me a return shipping address. They kept offering a 10% or 20% discount if i keep it and told me return shipping will be expensive. It of no use to me and I just want to return it but they hide behind their customer service and won't respond. Worse company I've ever dealt with, order at your own risk cause if you by chance didn't like it you would go through hell to try and return it. I've wasted so much time on this! Crappy crappy company!
After contacting itoolmax multiple times, getting zero response, (even tho they advertise great customer service!), they finally replied after I wrote a bad review. They said they’d replace the battery OR the charger….but never did. Could be great product, but only works for one use or 2 at most. Horrible, the worst I’ve ever encountered with response and doing what they say they will. If your yard tool doesn’t hold a charge, how do you know if it’s the battery or the charger? They said they would send one or the other, but I had to let them know which one. When I finally just gave up and said to send me the charger, I got no response and no charger as promised. do not waste your money. I spent $249 for a yard tool I got to use ONE time.

It is a total nightmare dealing with this place! I ordered the snow shovel in late December, 2025. I contacted them SEVERAL TIMES. I still haven't received it. I finally got fed up and I called my credit card to get over $200 the stupid thing cost me. Now they're telling me that I can't get my money back. WTF!! I will never buy a screwdriver from this place. They're a joke!!!

I’ve had the same experience as many of the reviews. I placed an order, my credit card was charged and then nothing, I have tried to contact the company twice with no response. Update: the “company” contacted me and gave me a bogus tracking number. I will be filing a complaint.

Return Policy Not Honored – Had to Dispute Charge
“I ordered a snow shovel from iToolMax and had concerns immediately upon opening the package. The item arrived loosely packed with no internal packaging securing the parts.
I contacted customer service the same day I received it to ask if the item had been used. I was told it was new and was offered a 20% discount — which was never actually issued.
Within the 30-day return window, I requested a return multiple times and received no response.
After I followed up again, I was asked to provide photos before they would ‘determine’ if I qualified for a return — even though this requirement is not stated in their return policy.
After additional delays, I was told I could not return the item and was instead offered a 30% refund to keep it.
At no point did the company provide return authorization despite their stated 30-day return policy.
I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and the case was resolved in my favor.
Based on my experience, customer service was responsive before purchase but unresponsive and unhelpful once an issue was reported. Buyers should be aware of the difficulty in obtaining a return or refund.”

Order placed on March 9. Received no reply on shipping status or shipping date after waiting two weeks to question. They took my money but can't communicate. The credit card company refunded my money. Very poor company to deal with. Do not buy from them.

Where should I even begin? It took them a long time to send out the equipment. When I complained they begged for me to give it a few days. Against better judgement I listened and what a disappointment that was. I was given the wrong machine. Customer service was non responsive until I disputed the transaction. Even then they delayed responding. They lied about giving me the correct machine and had no accountability. After it was all said and done, they attempted to offer me 20% off to keep the machine as they said was more than fair. Meanwhile, I was given the wrong equipment which didn’t work. I can’t in good faith recommend this company. And based on the low score, I see that I’m not the only one who’s had issues.

I have waited well over a month to even get a response from this company that states they respond in 24hours. No customer Service!!! Then they offer me 10% of purchase price to keep the items that are not what I ordered as far as quality. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!!!

It's really hard to criticize a company when they at least try to fix the problem...I understand why it took over 5 weeks for delivery....I made multiple inquiries about the order and received the same computer generated response message back...it finally showed up...the item was as described and was what I expected... however it was damaged...I have 3 responses to the company with pictures to show the damage...no response back...none...the damage is very simple....the right wheel bracket needs to be screwed in... there's nothing inside that will hold the screw...the left side is fine... basically I have something that only has 1 wheel...I took pictures of the left and right holes to show the missing part...no response...yes I provided the correct information and invoice number that was given to me Order #197375....at this stage a $200.00 plus item is useless with no response back with multiple attachments...just an honest assessment of my situation with this company...use your own judgment to order from them....
Update: obviously this product has experience this type of defect before...the computer offered a 10% back and picture instructions to disassemble and fix the piece that fell off on the inside...it was a lot easier to to that than go thru the process of send back and wait for replacement...the item now works fine and and glad this was resolved...

Asked for tracking information as it had been nearly 2 weeks since order placed. Tracking showed it not despatched. All of a sudden, it was awaiting collection. Took a week to be collected. Asked again for more tracking information. They replied 8 days later stating tracking showed it had been delivered. On their website, one of the photos of the pool vacuum showed it had a longer pole than what it came with so a bit of false advertising as well.

IToolMax 16" snow shovel was delivered literally broken in pieces. The charger was broken, one of the batteries was cracked, there was a large hole in the side of the shovel housing and the piece needed to attach the handle was sheared off. After many e-mails and no response, they offered 10% off and replacement parts. I asked for a new shovel and was told I would have to pay for shipping, then no response for months. Credit card stopped payment. I don't know how this Company is in business. Complete Sham.

I purchased the 3 in 1 grass trimmer back in December and was sent a pool vacuum instead. It is now March and I still haven’t received the item I purchased. I was told I need to return the vacuum (pay for the upfront shipping costs) before they would send it. To note, I also live rural and the closest post office is 45km away. No consideration for travel costs either. Highly disappointed!

I'm giving 1 star only because ZERO stars is not an option. "itoolmax" is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm a 66-year-old woman who has purchased products from thousands of companies that put customers first, as they should. I ordered a 16" Electric Snow Shovel on 12.19.25 and my credit card was charged $210.99 on 12.22.25. I sent them an email on 1.18.26 questioning why my credit card was billed, yet I had not received the item. After sending the email, it arrived on 1.23.26, but I was out of state at that time. I came home to broken water pipes to deal with in my home, so did not open the box until 2.11.26. I discovered they had sent me a damaged product, so I'm assuming they didn't have any new ones in stock & shipped one that someone had broken & returned, just to shut me up. The electric snow shovel cannot be used because one of the two pins was snapped off (where the telescopic tube is supposed to attach), and it was rattling loose inside the machine head.
I did not complete the assembly because I knew the connection would be compromised, so I requested a replacement or refund on 2.12.26. I got a response from Amy on 2.14.26, who apologized (ya, right) & requested a photo/video of damaged part for resolution, which I provided a picture that very day. I have not heard back from ANYONE since then and have sent another 4 emails asking for a replacement (or refund so I can purchase a similar product elsewhere). Crickets.... This company is a SCAM, out to STEAL YOUR MONEY!
Their customer service department sucks just as bad as the products they sell. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy anything from this company. They are the WORST and obviously don't care about their customers at all! They steal your money, then ignore you.

Final outcome to problem with wrongly delivered product was entirely satisfactory.
Establishing initial contact with company, and getting someone's attention to my problem is an area which could be greatly improved.

I purchased this product and received it on February 3, 2026. We put it together, used it once and the plastic blade in the front chipped. On February 8, 2026, I contacted the company to return the faulty product. I have had no success. They have used stall tactics and avoidance as a way of handling the return. It is now three weeks later, 9 emails and I still have not received the instructions to return the snowblower. It is cheap plastic construction that does not work beyond a dusting of snow. When you are blowing the snow it blows it slightly to the right or left of the blower. This company’s customer service is lacking like its product quality. My recommendation is to avoid this company and its products at all cost.

I have spent $109 dollars yesterday morning and yet have heard anything about order that’s insane very upset I have reached and emailed three times even in the shop app ! Even if I wanted a refund hell I couldn’t very upset about this never again!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I received my brushless snow shovel with a piece broken and sitting in the bottom of the box. I have sent 5 emails with pictures and contacted through facebook messenger. No response since Feb. 11th. There has been 0 response when their ad says they respond in 24 hours. UPDATE: I did exactly what you requested within 1 hour of your response. You said you'd get right on it....AND STILL NOTHING. You have blocked me on Facebook (not sad about it, less ads for me) and not responding to all the emails, phone call and review, my next step will be my credit card company, BBB and my state Attorney General.

I ordered a snow shovel and I want to return it. I never opened it. It is still in the original package. I have tried for 2 weeks to get a way to ship it back, and they are playing games in the emails. I sent photos of the unopened box, and go no response. I think this place is a scam. Stay away from ordering anything from this place.
