Wasn't expecting the stocking hanger to handle this much weight tbh. Stuffed three massive stockings (had to be over 20kg easy) and the metal didn't even flex. seriously sturdy reinforcement.

This 4D portable Neck and shoulder massager is the top of the line compared to every single messager we've tried,I don't see my sister's much due to distance but when I do they always make me give them a knot cracking message using swedish massuse finger tip process which no one can keep up for more than 20 minutes without incredible pain,this 4D portable is better than any company, this one actually works from true experience,if you want someone special to receive pure extasy please give this model a try,I gain nothing from this only making this one of the best things they received in years!

Snowblowing With Ease

I originally had an issue with delivery by ItoolMax's carrier. I contacted them by email and they took care of the problem and got the snowblower to us in a few days after that.

I've only had one 4 inch snowfall to test this on and it handled the snow perfectly. In fact, my wife wanted to try it out and she had no problem moving the snow off our driveway by herself. The battery didn't lose much power and we did have the second battery charged as a backup just in case.

Very pleased with this 16 inch Snowblower. Highly recommend it.

Never received my order

I ordered this product and was charged on December 10th. I received a confirmation but nothing further. I have not received the product and have had no response to my emails or voicemails. Be very careful with purchasing this product. I'm starting to suspect a fraud.

Order Status???

Much like another customer, I ordered a 16 inch shovel, but on Dec 22. The website states that shipping is within 1 to 3 days. I still have had no notification that the item shipped. I have been trying to send emails to their customer support website and nobody gets back to me. I still see plenty of ads for the snow shovel as well - but something needs to change and the company really needs to be more responsive and forthcoming. Very frustrating!

4 in 1 Battery operated WeedEater

I ordered my husband the weed eater with the saw blade attachment. He loved it, it did an awesome job cleaning fence rows. After a short time using it the blade would not turn. I sent email letting customer service know what was going on with it. After more emails along with pictures and videos of what was happening they sent part for us to replace. We did that it still didn’t work. After more communication they decided it was a problem with the shaft that holds the blade was the problem so, they replaced the weed eater with a new. My husband was like a kid with a new toy when we received the replacement . We have purchased other items in the past from IToolMax and have always been pleased with the product and the customer service.

Where is my order

I ordered a 16 inch shovel on December 18th. Their website states that shipping is within 1 to 3 days. I still have had no notification that the item shipped. I have been trying to send emails to their customer support website and nobody gets back to me. Reading all of the review from people that are or have been in the same situation as me, it is very frustrating. I just wish somebody could get back to me to let me know if the item has shipped or if not when it might be.

Yesterday I received an email from ITool Max that my order was going to be shipped, and I would receive another email with a tracking number. Today I received a UPS tracking number and notification that it was shipped.

Load bearing is okay but the rest is annoying. The "easy installation" claim is a joke - screws didnt match and the instructions are super vague. Took me 30 mins just to fiddle with it. Not the best experience.

Cordless grass trimmer

I bought a Cordless grass trimmer and from the beginning I had problems with batteries, I bought 2 of them, but they didn’t last as long as promised and I had to recharge more than twice a day to cut my 400 square meters garden. The company has been very kind replying me but there were no solution that could apply to my needs and I do still have the products laying there because I cannot use it!! 1 stars for the product, 4 stars to the company because they always replied!!!

Horrible experience trying to return product
Customer service will delay responding and then continue to repeat themselves to prolong and complicate the process
I have been trying for a month to return my product and they now send 2 back to back emails the first one stating their answer is to send me 2 more of the same product I have been trying to return...but the best part is in that email they ask if I would like to have them sent even though the very next email from them that came directly after the first email is shipment status !! Giving me NO time for me to respond
Complete joke of a company
Do not purchase product unless you intend on keeping regardless of poor quality

Customer Service Doesn't Exist

Update - We received one week ago. It worked once and now does not work. I have requested to return and receive a refund. We will see if that happens. This was a gift. So embarrasing.

Update-received email overnight that they are shipping. We will see.

I placed an order on 12/14. I figured I wouldn't get in time for Christmas but was hoping maybe New Year's. After reading all the reviews, I became concerned they are a scam so I contacted 3 times for a status or at very least a response to calm my fears that I lost my money. No response. No phone number. I think I've lost my money and also have to purchase another gift. I've never dealt with a company like this if it even exists. I don't recommend. They've really ruined my holiday.

No customer service if there is a problem.

I recieved the snow shovel on Dec 10. When it came it was broken and unusable. 1 week and 4 emails later to customer service they have not responded.

New response from Itoolmax. We'll see how this goes. Itoolmax has said they will send a new top cover for the snow shovel. I have to replace it myself. Sure hope this goes well. I'm not a mechanic and no nothing about wiring. So we"ll see.

It took to long and it wasn't resolved

It took to long and it wasn't resolved. Look at the original date I sent the complaint. I was told the improvement part was Out Of Stock and it was on Back Order; never heard anything until I inquired months later. I got the run around from 3 different people in your company. I had to prove the emails existed which I Did. After that I still didn't receive the part. Your company said thet thought I received it. Cause I hadn't said I did.

I had a battery that had a faulty hinge…

I had a battery that had a faulty hinge and wouldn't detach once it was on. The button was broken.
They shipped me a new battery, I had to pry the faulty battery off with a screw driver and it will not work.
