Still waiting

I ordered the 16” snow shovel which is being heavily advertised . It has been 10 days with no shipping date received yet. I contacted them and they said they were overwhelmed with orders an I should get mine in 5 business days
I am reading teeeivle reviews from customers an a google search says the company has numerous complaints against them as far as customers not receiving what they ordered or receiving a flimsy product and customer service is not quick to respond. I’m attempting to get a refund as I am afraid to be involved with this company at this point.

I want to warn everyone about IToolMax

I want to warn everyone about my experience with ItoolMax so you don’t lose your money like I did.
In November, I ordered a chimney cleaning kit from ItoolMax and paid $130. I believed they were a legitimate company. Weeks passed and nothing arrived.
When I contacted them, they kept changing their story. First they blamed holiday shipping delays. Then they claimed the package was delivered. I contacted USPS myself, and they confirmed nothing was delivered to me.
Now it has been almost two months and I am still waiting.
ItoolMax kept sending me different tracking numbers and different explanations. At one point they even admitted that a “delivered” message they sent me was a mistake meant for another customer.
USPS later confirmed what actually happened:
• One tracking number only showed a shipping label was created — meaning the item was never shipped from China.
• Another tracking number showed the package was delivered to a completely different address that ItoolMax provided, not my address.
• USPS confirmed nothing was delivered to me.
Even after all this, ItoolMax refused to give me a full refund.
Instead, they repeatedly offered 20–30% partial refunds, discounts for future purchases, or reshipping the item if I paid more money. Offering a 20% discount for a future purchase while keeping 80% of my money for something I never received is unacceptable.
What shocked me even more was that they expected me to go door to door in my town and ask people if they received my package by mistake. That is completely unrealistic and absurd. It is the seller’s responsibility to deliver to the correct address, not mine to investigate their mistake.
I sent them many emails demanding a refund, but they mostly ignored me. They had no problem taking my money or even asking me to review a product I never received.
I tried to be patient and work with this company, hoping they would fix their mistake. Instead, they delayed, avoided responsibility, and refused to return my money.
The facts are simple:
• I paid in full
• I never received the product
• They made shipping and communication errors
• They refused to refund my money
Based on my experience, I truly believe ItoolMax is not a legitimate company and operates like a scam. I strongly warn everyone: stay away from ItoolMax and do not risk your money with them.

It’s now a week since response from itoolmax who asked for details which I forwarded again customer no 190820 still no response so I’m left with 7 solar path lights down my path as one has never worke

I brought 8 solar path lights one was broken on arrival & another faulty I asked for replacement NO RESPONSE I sent 5 emails & chat all didn’t respond So much for there 30 day money back guarantee & replacement
I was ripped off $36 because I have one light that dosent work & the other if touched turns off Which I consider faulty Do not use this company

I bought the Wall Mounted Firewood Kindling Splitter for my brother, cousin, niece and husband for Christmas. I made a mistake on an address of one to be shipped separately to my niece. She did not get hers. I followed up after Christmas and was surprised to receive a response and a promise to look into what happened to the gift. Without having to hassle them, I-Tool Max again responded later saying it was shipped, but showed it was to the wrong address and then returned. They offered to re-send the gift or refund and I opted for the resend. The whole experience was nostalgic since this is what customer service used to be. Kind, friendly, helpful. Thank you I-Tool Max for all that you do! I will look forward to purchasing from you again!!

Terrible experience

I ordered a snow shovel and expected in in 3-5 days. I waited 8 days and still didn't arrive. So I did their ridiculous method of tracking and it said it arrived two hours before that time. I checked all of the neighborhood and saw nothing. So I canceled the payment and emailed them. I received an AI response that said for my inconvenience, I could choose from two items that I didn't need or want. Lo and behold, I received an email saying it would be here in five days. I was another AI email. Finally, I reported them to the FTC. I have a sneaky suspicion that these good reviews come from bots.

Do not buy - try Greenworks instead

4 in 1 Cordless Weed Eater Pro came poorly packaged, no manual and no response to support requests. Try greenworks instead. Edit 01/30/26 - I received (finally) an email from iToolMax, but only after I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Notice that the response to my review from iToolMax is to "DM me" but not providing any way to "DM". This company seems more like two guys in a basement with a website. No customer service and the product is shoddy and incomplete. I've paid almost $250 for a box of parts.
