I purchased an item that I wanted to return. Multiple responses were that I should sell it or give it as a gift.
After many months of the same message from them, they agreed to give me a 30% refund. Their website said 30 day return and I tried to initiate a return 1 day after I received it.

Didn't like the product. wanted to return. Hard return policy and you have to pay. Would not recommend.

Delivery took a while but I love my pool vaccum so easy to use and light. I can do it while in the pool cooling off. Love it only takes 2 hrs to charge

I rarely write a negative review and usually just put it down to my fault for being duped..However, the rechargeable pool cleaner was not cheap and is absolutely useless! The videos are misleading. It is too short (not 1.8m), flimsy, tiny! Certainly not sucking leaves, let alone acorns ..No response to an email.

I contacted iTool about not receiving my order. They contacted me right away offering to help. My order was delivered to wrong address and I received it later. Customer service is AWESOME! I will definitely purchase from them again

The follow up from the support team is agonisingly slow. My pool vacuum stopped working after 3 months. They have promised a charger replacement if that is the problem we will see Jean

Refunded half of the cost of the flying witch so I was happy with that

Fast delivery and I love the product. The massager is awesome. I have had the vibrating heated massagers and I never felt like the vibrating was doing anything. But this is like having someone with strong hands working on my legs and neck. Love it. Recommend it.

I like a very defined edge to my lawn, but most edgers are too heavy for me to use at my age. I saw an ad for an iToolmax edger and decided to try it. I was impressed with how light it was and what a nice sharp edge I got. When I only needed replacement blades I was able to order them by email. All in all, I'm quite pleased with iToolmax.

I was skeptical at first to purchase the cordless paint sprayer, but I ordered it and it worked great. I used it to spray stain on our cedar house. Sprayed it in half the time. Will be curious how it works with a thicker paint.

I ordered the trimmer with extra blades. A partial order arrived and it is definitely a quality item. Easy to assemble and use...durable...should last a long time. The blades were misplaced in shipment and itoolmax followed up to make sure I received my full order. Great company.

This has been an overall terrible experience. It took almost a month to get my pressure washer and when I did get it, it is not well made. Flimsy plastic, broken packaging, etc. I have requested a return label and instructions and a refund and am getting the run around from their customer service. They wait almost a week to answer my emails and then keep asking for pictures, etc. which is not how the return policy reads. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I do not recommend. The only thing that has been quick and easy was how fast my card was debited for the purchase. Awful customer service! Stay away!

Jeg har købt en Flying witch som hænger på et metal rør der er kosteskaft, Heksen er med lyd der skulle aktiveres når man går forbi den. Den har kun lyd hvis du rører den på næsen el hovedet. Den kan heller ikke hænge på skaftet uden at dreje rundt om skaftet.
Skaftet har et spyd der skal i jorden og er ALT for lille til at holde skaftet og heksen.
Jeg har henvendt mig til Itoolmax afskellige gange uden retur svar.
Nu har jeg fået et beklagende retur svar hvor de tilbyder mig 10% retur.
