ordered # 150182 motor inop. but they say I used it. how can you use a weed eater if the motor is inop from factory? orderd 8-06-25 received 8-14-25 they tried helping, but Echo called a nylock nut a screw. no help. service said request 30 day and RMA with pic of serial # from box and copy of invoice. No help. this seems to be a scam put on by Echo at customer service.
