These 3 in 1 solar camping string lights are super handy. They light up my tent perfectly, and it's great that they also work as a power bank.

This screwdriver set is perfect for my electronics projects. The bits have a strong magnet, and I like how organized the case is.

The products are excellent, however the assembly instructions supplied are inadequate & the online instructions are only slightly better.

The package arrived damaged and the nozzle was broken, but customer service handled it well. They sent a replacement pot right away, and now the spray works great on my lawn.

I purchased two cordless paint guns but placed in separate orders one after the other.

I contacted iTool’s customer service and Cherry (representative) contacted their warehouse and discovered the staff thought I inadvertently made my second order by mistake.
Cherry ensured me I’d get my order held back (based on the aforementioned) and my order held by the warehouse was processed via fed ex and received my held cordless paint sprayer within a week.

This drip irrigation system works so well for our flower bed. The adjustable nozzles are useful, and saves us from having to drag a hose around.

I have purchased misting system about a month ago. This is well balanced product for a gardens and open spaces. But, because of the very chip non-regulating nozzles without drip-prevention this system is completely unusable for a small spaces (terraces, balconies, etc...) Although there are a lot of nozzle upgrades on aliexpress with absolutely reasonable price. I do that and is absolutely happy with a result.

Jim from iToolMax went out of his way to keep my business when I realized the BTUs on the weed torch I order was not as powerful as I needed. In the end, Jim set me up with a refund and I will be giving a good word to other potential customers about itoolmax.

There have been no problems with the company or the product. It didn't arrive as quickly as I would like but isn't that always the way? Once it arrived, it was easy to assemble and has worked like a dream. The battery has lasted longer than I expected and, since it came with two of them, it is easy to switch out and keep working. Battery charging didn't take too long at all. I have recommended this product to my friends.

UPDATE 09/09/25. Company now asking for ORDER number again after I have already supplied twice. Do not give these people your money

SCUM. Took advantage of my 86 year old father selling but never delivering a £89.00 strimmer. Sent an email stating it had been delivered after total radio silence. Nothing delivered. Avoid this company they are scammers
