I had an issue and phoned customer…
I had an issue and phoned customer service great picked up straight away spoke to a lovely lady and within 5 minutes of my call I had notification my vape was on its way, delivered the next day. Service was professional, polite in fact best service I have ever received. Well done IVG fantastic.

These break so they are still disposable
The vapes are not built to last they break they either stop puffing or come up with all sorts of codes and never work again it's a huge shame but they are not a permanent vapes they are disposable because they break, when they work the flavours are great and the vape you get out of it is nice but they break every time sort your product out you obviously have not adapted them to be permanent vapes if they are breaking all the time not ul to code.

My flavour and strength has been out of stock for two weeks now. I wrote to customer service asking when it might be in stock and was told they were not able to say, not even ballpark. This isn’t great, you get used to a flavour and as it’s zero nicotine I’m somewhat limited. So, I’m just left hoping, don’t know when….

Great customer service.
I have numerous orders with them and it’s always been very fast. Last order arrived damaged (not their fault) 3 vapes unusable. I emailed them (with photos of the damage) and they responded same day and are dispatching replacements straight away. Great service, fair play to them. Recommended, I will be ordering from them again.

Great kit
I cant afford to keep smoking cigarettes tried various vape kits like the aspire and arc series
They all made me cough in the transition so I went to the local shop and bought this vape kit.still a bit sceptical but after the first day using the IVG PRO I didn't cough and it seems to satisfy my cravings and the back up service is good to
I'm spending £250 ish on cigarette this will save ne a fortune
My sceptical proved wrong .
