IVF life Alicante, have been brilliant and haven't even done IVF yet (Nothing to do with the clinic, all down to my awkward body).
I was due for a transfer but the Dr felt there was something wrong based on my history and the scans she was seeing, so in order to save the embryo from being thawed I had a scan on that morning to double check!!
I am so greatful for this and the knowledge of the Dr's.
There was a big issue that had not been detected by UK Dr's or Surgeons.
But the team at IVF-LIFE found the issue, identified it and did a procedure to try and rectify it all on that day. ( This was nothing to do with making money off patients! This clinic puts patients first).

There was a genuine issue that was not noted in UK nhs or private fertility clinics and any other clinic would have gone ahead with a transfer and it would have been a failure, causing more pain, loss and money loss.

The team was so professional, caring and want you to have the best chance of success.

I have had numerous blood tests, that other clinics have not suggested or investigated, it has given me more answers and peace of mind that im not missing something.

The day I spend the was a difficult day personally, bad news was normal in my ivf history, but the team supported me all the way through, gave me answers, cared for me each step and the team were so positive about the plan going forward.

Their care and attention is brilliant, they were honest and to the point, which I believe that's what you need when going though something so personal and emotional.

Ich möchte Herrn Dr. Pack und Frau Reinhardt und allen anderen sehr für die Behandlung danken. Es ist mit Sicherheit sehr viel Glück dabei, wenn eine Behandlung klappt und ich habe sechs Jahre Achterbahn hinter mir. Es wird viel von Ärzten und Personal erwartet und man muss sehr viel selbst leisten und mitdenken. Ich habe sicher auch selbst Fehler gemacht bei den Versuchen in Deutschland und anderen Kliniken im
Ausland, aber ich kann jedem und jeder raten, dran zu bleiben. Ich bringe nach 6 Jahren Versuchen und viel Geld, Zeit und Tränen ein Mädchen im Juli zur Welt. Es war mein dritter und letzter Versuch bei Herrn Dr. Pack. Ich habe schon selbst nicht mehr dran geglaubt, aber ich er sagte: diesmal klappt es und so war es. Um Medikationen sollte man sich sehr gut selbst kümmern und sich damit beschäftigen, auch um das besprechen und besorgen, aber daran gewöhnt man sich, es ist nur ein Stress Faktor. Ich wünsche allen die Kraft und Ruhe und Ausdauer, für sich die richtige Entscheidung zu treffen. Die IVF Alicante tut in jedem Fall ihr bestes. Ein so großer Herzens Dank von mir. After three rounds of IVF in England — two resulting in early pregnancies and miscarriages, and one unsuccessful attempt — I felt completely broken. Deep down, I knew something more was going on with my body, but in England, further testing is only offered after repeated failures. It felt like no one was truly listening, and I had started to lose hope.
Then I found IVF-Life Alicante, and everything changed. From the very first consultation, I felt heard, understood, and supported in a way I never had before. Dr. Herrera and her team treated me as an individual — not just another patient. Because of my age (36), I underwent three egg collections, and my embryos were tested. Out of those, we ended up with four healthy embryos.
The clinic carried out extensive blood tests and biopsies, uncovering what had been missed in the UK: my immune system was attacking the embryos, preventing implantation. Finally, I had answers. They created a tailored treatment plan and prescribed medication that simply wouldn’t have been available to me back home.
The first transfer didn’t work, and it was hard not to lose faith again — but the team at IVF-Life encouraged me every step of the way. They were kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about our journey. On the second transfer, everything finally fell into place. On June 11th, 2025, I gave birth to our beautiful baby boy — our little miracle.
Words can’t fully express my gratitude to Dr. Herrera and everyone at IVF-Life Alicante. The clinic is incredibly advanced, both medically and scientifically, but what truly sets them apart is the humanity behind their work. They gave me hope when I thought it was gone and helped make our dream of becoming parents come true.
To anyone feeling lost or discouraged after failed rounds, please don’t give up. There is hope — and for us, that hope was IVF-Life Alicante.

Ich bin sehr begeistert wie professionell alle Mitarbeiter sind. Sprechen mehrere Sprachen auch Deutsch und Russisch. Die Klinik ist sehr steril und sauber. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und die Behandlung sehr angenehm, professionell und sehr zufrieden stellend. Ich bin jetzt im 3. Monat schwanger und bin sehr glücklich. Ich empfehle die Klinik auf jeden Fall weiter 👍

I would like to share my experience with IVF Spain Alicante. While the clinic facilities are modern, comfortable, and the doctor I consulted was very professional and kind, the overall patient management and communication left me very disappointed.

- There was inconsistent and contradictory information given by the initial commercial assistant and the medical assistant who later followed our case after we paid the fees.

- Regarding medication, I only received a paper with names of medicines but no proper explanation of the purpose of each one, nor clear instructions on how the injections should be administered.

- Shockingly, one day before my scheduled trip to Alicante, I was informed that an exam was missing. The assistant then asked me to sign disclaimer letters making me responsible in case of complications. This was unacceptable, especially as I had done all required exams earlier and was told everything was fine until that last moment.

- Another very stressful situation was related to a family trip I had planned after the IVF procedure. I had asked in advance if this was feasible, and the staff confirmed it was. However, after the procedure, I was informed that a blood test would be required during the holiday, and I also needed to travel with a large quantity of medication. This created unnecessary complications at airports and difficulties during the trip. These important details should have been discussed upfront.

In summary: while the medical care and facilities were excellent, the patient coordination, communication, and support were poor, disorganized, and unreliable. For such a sensitive and emotional process, this level of service is not acceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend IVF Spain Alicante based on my experience. Its very expensive and they are there just to make money...

Ein kleines Wunder
Es fällt mir schwer, in Worte zu fassen, wie dankbar ich der Kinderwunschklinik IVF Alicante in Spanien bin. Nach einem sehr langen und emotional herausfordernden Weg, voller Enttäuschungen und Rückschlägen, hat mir Dr. Pack und sein Team schließlich geholfen, direkt nach dem ersten Versuch, mein kleines Wunder in den Armen zu halten. Jeder noch so kleine Aufwand, jede Entscheidung, die ich für meinen Weg zu dieser Klinik getroffen habe, war mehr als lohnenswert.

Von Anfang an fühlte ich mich in besten Händen. Das Team war unglaublich einfühlsam, verständnisvoll und professionell. Sie nahmen sich Zeit, alle meine Ängste und Sorgen anzuhören und mir jede einzelne Behandlungsschritte verständlich zu erklären. Diese individuelle ständige persönliche Unterstützung durch die Patientenbetreuung Frau Reinhardt, Frau Grau und Kollegen machten den Unterschied.

Die Klinik selbst ist modern und bestens ausgestattet, und ich hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass alles getan wird, um die besten Chancen auf eine erfolgreiche Schwangerschaft zu gewährleisten. Auch die Kommunikation war hervorragend, sowohl vor Ort als auch während des gesamten Behandlungsprozesses. Man merkt, dass hier nicht nur Experten am Werk sind, sondern auch Menschen mit Herz und Leidenschaft.

Am Ende hat sich dieser lange Weg – so beschwerlich er auch war – als das größte Geschenk meines Lebens herausgestellt. Ich kann diese Klinik von ganzem Herzen empfehlen und möchte all denjenigen, die sich in einer ähnlichen Situation befinden, Mut machen: Der Weg mag lang sein, aber er kann zu einem unbeschreiblichen Glück führen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte IVF Alicante Team! Ihr habt mir geholfen, meinen Traum endlich in meinen Armen zu halten, und dafür werde ich immer dankbar sein.

It was a horrible experience. I wasted 15K for nothing. I was bullied and told-that i have no chances for anything. Run away from this clinic, at least in Alicante, avoid doctor Pak by all means. He will treat you disrespectfully. Their administration process is badly organized. They just keep sending you bills without adjusting and explaining them. Their offer is far from real cost you are going to have. Almost double. Its very bad. Horrible…still shaking from all that shit…

I cant praise this clinic enough. Dr Herrera and her team are exceptional. From our first meeting right through to the birth of our beautiful daughter. Any queries or questions we had were always quickly dealt with by Melissa who was always available to us and more than happy to assist. Thank you so much for making our family complete.

This is a bad place where it is unclear whether you are being lied to or doctors are just poorly qualified, have a bad judgment or being greedy.
I had several transfers at this clinic. First of all, their egg donors are poor. First donor - no viable eggs. Second donor only one embryo. (one mosaic and one lost during thawing), thus lots of lost time...Ended up with donor embryos which are always going to be more inferior. According to Dr. Herrera I somehow "attract" bad luck (!) This person has no problem insult patients - look at google reviews!
IVF Spain Alicante will not disclose the formula how they calculate success rates they publish on web neither they know their live birth rate which is one of the most important information when you need to understand how good facility is. They lie. You will have to prove your pregnancy and if you miscarry you will have to send the prove as well. They seem not to know that the difference between these two numbers may be very close to "live birth rate" which is way smaller than their advertised numbers.

I have multiple fibroids as large as 10 cm which for this organization are not a problem because once there was a woman and the fibroid was sticking out of her belly and she gave birth to a baby (this is story from a director/Dr. Rogel.) As you can see this story is full of facts which are relevant to my case.

You can hear staff gossiping and comment on other patients...... and lots of other items I could list here.

Alicante is nothing but a small beach town so is the mentality and professionality of this place. If you need to go to Spain for legal reasons look at places in a big cities. There are other countries in Europe which have same liberal laws. If you don't get answers to your questions move on. Good places will openly provide statistic and also honest chances to get pregnant considering your situation.

If the organization has a good web site, it means they found a good web designer not that they are providing good treatment.

Close to 40.000 EUR expenses, waisted time and last chance to have a baby... don't be me.

Now I am looking for a medical lawyer because no organization shall be allowed to do what they do and I want my money back. This will be a long haul.
Too, I already visited two independent specialists in different counties and they both say that given the size of the fibroids and their position that even if I got pregnant I would never carry a baby to term. My GP was telling the same thing long time ago but I though he is exaggerating.
Team in Alicante seemed to have much more optimistic hopes for me. Just that I also had a silent miscarriage because the fetus was genetically abnormal. I guess just another bad luck or would that be yet another poor embryo?

IVF Alicante does not know why any of my pregnancies didn't have a happy end.
They don't know, what is their live birth rate number or why their donor pool is poor.
They know however very well that it is not their fault.

I strongly advise you not to use this place.

DO NOT use this clinic. They do not care at all.

Had a failed IVF with them; spent gobs extra for extensive testing; they've not even the decency to tell me why I'm not getting pregnant. 🥹😭💔

Abusive staff that yells at you, even on embryo transfer day.

Tuve una FIV fallida con ellos; gastó gotas adicionales para pruebas exhaustivas; ni siquiera tienen la decencia de decirme por qué no me quedo embarazada.

Personal abusivo que te grita, incluso el día de la transferencia de embriones.

I’m from the UK and was considering using this clinic for treatment. Upon beginning the consultation process I complained that all their forms needed printing (I didn’t have access to a printer) vs allowing electronic completion like all other clinics. I was being served by Cindy who was one of the staff members assigned to care for international clients. She was very unfriendly and just kept insisting electronic completion (or any other solution) was impossible. I explained that it would be hard for me to continue without being able to complete the forms and she went ahead and cancelled my appointment without any final confirmation from me. But then something worse happened.

She accidentally rang my mobile and left a long voicemail message where she was speaking about me really badly to a colleague. Obviously she didn’t know she was doing this but she said very bad things - things you wouldn’t want someone in a fertility clinic to say to a potential patient.

Maybe I had been difficult asking for paperless solutions, but no one deserves to be ridiculed or called crazy. Going through this process is hard enough, hormones are out of control…you’d think staff at these clinics would be tolerant.

I made a formal complaint and asked if Cindy could please provide me with a written apology and they refused. The clinic said they were sorry but when I pressed them to please have Cindy apologise, human to human, they sent a short and rude reply saying they wouldn’t help further. They didn’t even want to hear the message Cindy left.

I just couldn’t understand this. Mistakes happen, apologising is the right thing to do. Not doing so says something about the values of a company.

I’ve since chosen another clinic in Alicante and they are so lovely. They care about the people they’re helping, their forms are all electronic, and I’m certain they wouldn’t hire anyone who would slander clients behind their back.

Maybe this clinic is good at what they do, I can’t comment on that. But all I can say is that they don’t speak nicely about clients and won’t try and make amends when caught.
