Total scam and wished I had read reviews first. Made up story about closing down store due to family bereavement and having to look after children. Items coming from China and not London as you would expect. Can’t wait to see the quality. Guess these items will be my donation to charity if they’ll take them obviously.

What I had ordered was nothing like what turned up it’s very poor quality and very cheap looking not worth the money so I had sent the item back to the return address it said on the label now iv been told it’s the wrong address and they won’t give me a refund because they won’t receive it but I sent it to where it said return address very poor service poor customer service and care don’t waste money on anything from them

The item I received was a joke. A picture of a knitted item printed on cheap fabric and they wanted me to pay more than I paid for the item to return it. They say easy returns but don’t tell you that they want to charge you £30 to return. The item I received was NOTHINF like the item I ordered. Avoid at all costs!

As with everyone else here, this is a rip off company from China.
This appears to be a short-term pop-up website designed to catch UK buyers using a “.uk” domain while goods are actually shipped from China.

In my case, I changed my mind on the product colour during checkout, and the website retained and duplicated the previous selection, with the anomaly of given them as separate orders but with the same order number in each email confirmation, resulting in three orders being placed. I cancelled immediately and well within the 14-day cooling-off period provided under UK consumer law.

Despite this, the company refused to cancel or issue a full refund and instead offered an unacceptable 10% credit, later after more emails, they offered an 80% credit note to spend on the website only. They also refused to honour the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, attempting to justify this by citing international return costs — despite the fact that returns to China and customer liability for those costs were not made clear at checkout, which is a legal requirement.

The pattern is clear:
• Overseas fulfilment hidden behind UK branding
• No clear return information at checkout
• Refusal to comply with UK consumer law
• Pressure to accept partial refunds

The fact that every review is 1-star, all posted within a short period, speaks volumes. This is not how a legitimate UK-facing retailer operates. They are registered in the Netherlands under "CertCommerce" Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 95965173; not in the UK

UK buyers should avoid. If you’ve already paid, expect to involve your bank or card provider to recover your money.

Feel robbed item arrived nothing like what was ordered and was offered a 10% refund. If you want to throw your money away this is the place to order from as your item will arrive from China which is nothing like what you ordered

Almost comically bad. It's just thin polyester with a print on it. Not remotely as advertised.

Wish I’d seen all the reviews before placing an order. The item delivered is nothing like the image on the website. Delivered from china not the UK despite the company name (Ivy UK)
The quality is poor compared to the image in the advert plus I have found the exact same images under another seller name on Temu!

Total scam from start to finish. The title gives the impression it’s London based family business, but infact originates from China. Exudes high quality clothing but actually provides cheap imitation garments that beggars belief! Total rip off, impossible to get a refund and extortionate costs to return the items back to China for a refund.
I have never been scammed before, having always taken precautions and steps to verify web sites etc. Being in the festive mood I relaxed and took this site at face value .This will be the first and last time. Avoid this company like the plague unless you want disappointment

if i could leave less than 1 star i would. Be aware when buying from this company they are missing leading in all expectations. The company is not uk based and product are from China. The extremely long wait times are poor and then the product you receive is of poorer quality. It is like you have bought a completely different product. when you make a complaint they are only willing to give you 10% refund and go on to say how costly it will be to return the product. Even though they do have a money back guarantee on there website.

Complete scam. The product is a screen shot print of the actual item advertised. Awful quality. Extremely difficult to return as others have mentioned. Nonsense about return to China. I'll chase it with the bank and pass it to trading standards. Apart from that all I can do is laugh at just how shit the top actual was.

Like the rest of these reviewers caught out with extremely bad quality clothes. At first I thought maybe I hadn't looked closely enough at pictures when buying but when checked again items recieved were absolutely nothing similar to their description. Never again. Just want to warn others out there about such SCAMMERS.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Trying to get returns address from them. A nice cosy wooly cardigan turned out to be cheap polyester. Nothing like the picture at all. Grrrrrr. I was under the impression this company was in London. Nope its ftom China. Never again.

The pictures on their website do not reflect the cheap, poor quality versions of the clothing you actually receive! After complaining, they cleverly point out that the return process will likely cost me equally as much as the refund as their t&c’s state the return is at the cost of the buyer regardless if they sold you an item that is not anywhere close to the image online. Total SCAM company and should be stopped from trading. Please do not make the same mistake. They are a budget drop shop with a fake site suggesting a london company- it is not.

Really poor quality clothing! I wouldn't even donate to charity shop and not even sure if they'd be good enough to cut up and use as dusters. Absolutely nothing like you see on screen . If you want to waste your money then buy from this company. Otherwise save the money for something worth the price

I really wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered! For a start you’d think that Ivy London was based in London but, no, everything it seems comes from China! Nothing like the pictures, just cheap rubbish. Like others, it’s not worth trying for a refund or return so I need to put it down to a very expensive lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE. TOTAL RIP OFF MERCHANT-YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

The clothes are not what they say they are. I bought two items that were supposed to be sweaters but are just two cheap pieces of polyester. The reviews I looked at were okay so I didn’t think that I was being duped, but when the items arrive, I knew I had been. I returned the items that took a couple of weeks to arrive and only hope that I can get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT’S A RIP-OFF.

Jumper was too big and itchy so requested a refund. Was offered a refund of 10% and told it was too complicated and expensive for them to return the item to China. The kiss my ass response was wrapped up in very polite, we're trying to be so helpful, language.

This company is a bunch of lying scammers who advertise one thing & send you hideous, cheap printed rubbish that I doubt the charity shop will accept DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES .

To be quite honest they don't even deserve a 1 star but I had to click on something.

I ordered 1 cardigan but then when I went into my order they had taken a second amount out of my account. So now end up with 2 cardigans the same. They are nothing like the picture, which was a lovely knitted cardigan. When they arrived it is just printed awful material. Very shoddy. I have been in contact with them. They wanted me to send them back to China I assumed they were based in London. I have been in contact with my bank who actually told me to go into Trust Pilot. All the reviews about this company are totally right. I'm actually going to see if I can report them to a consumer company as I don't want anyone else going through what I've been through and reading the comments I think this is the tip of the Ice burg
