This company is a bunch of lying scammers who advertise one thing & send you hideous, cheap printed rubbish that I doubt the charity shop will accept DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES .

To be quite honest they don't even deserve a 1 star but I had to click on something.
Please don't touch this company.
I ordered 1 cardigan but then when I went into my order they had taken a second amount out of my account. So now end up with 2 cardigans the same. They are nothing like the picture, which was a lovely knitted cardigan. When they arrived it is just printed awful material. Very shoddy. I have been in contact with them. They wanted me to send them back to China I assumed they were based in London. I have been in contact with my bank who actually told me to go into Trust Pilot. All the reviews about this company are totally right. I'm actually going to see if I can report them to a consumer company as I don't want anyone else going through what I've been through and reading the comments I think this is the tip of the Ice burg

First of all it took weeks to arrive the cardigan i ordered was long thick lovely looking dark grey cardigan what came was a short cheap crap looking version sleeves to short and only came to the waist
Offered 10%refund which is £4 of £40
Order which I find disgusting I would totally not recommend anyone to this company they just rip you off with cheap crap from china

100% AVOID - What scam advertising playing on customers emotions with a 'poor grieving grandma cuddling 2 grandchildren' saying she's got to close her company to look after her grandchildren as their parents have been killed ! Their clothing is rubbish, totally wrongly sized, poor quality, poor customer service even though the wrong sizes are manufactured and sent they are saying its not their fault and I have to pay £20 -£30 to return them to Asia!
I too can tell a sob story being a 72 year old disabled pensioner who cannot afford to lose money but they wouldn't listen or admit the goods were not fit for purpose - hopefully Karma will return back on them !

Like the other reviews, this is a rip off company. What you receive is nothing like the images, very poor quality.

I won't even bother trying to get a refund reading what other people say, IL just put it down to experience.

Avoid Ivy London!

Ivy London with rubbish clothes from Asia. They have a checkout system that defaults to adding a duplicate item and as others have said costs more to return than is worth. Avoid

If they pit half the effort into supplying a product of the quality advertised as they do in sending email updates then they might have got 2 stars.
Cost of returning the order for a refund wasn’t worth the hassle.
Items come from China and have a very poor quality nothing like what is shown on the website.

Awlful company with cheap market clothing. The website states 90 day money back, hassle free but this couldn't be further from the truth. You can return but we have to pay for the return shipping to China which will cost around £30. The material was thin and cheap, the pockets were not straight and the buttons were not the colour or size as in the picture. When complained about having to return to China because the item was not as described and is not fit for purpose we was offered a 10% refund. Shocking company who obviously gets away with ripping people off. We paid £40 for a cardigan that is worse than the cheapest quality at shein. They sent an item that does not match the picture and still won't refund so we are off to trading standards because companies like this just take people's money knowing that they can't fulfil the quality of what they are ordering and then just try to keep your money. The website is called Ivy London not Ivy China. Please don't ever buy and get ripped off like us. Please let others know so they are not scamed either.
