Can’t even rate it with one star, the item was nothing like the one advertised.

Basically the item you receive will be the cheapest, worse made version you could imagine. The original photos on the website bear no resemblance. I ordered what looked like a smart casual swing dress with side pockets. What turned up was made of washed out cheap t-shirt material, no pockets and puckered hems and side seams with ugly overstitching around the neck and sleeves. I can't be bothered to send it back. It's a lesson learned, please please don't waste your money. I didn't want to give any stars but you have to give a minimum of one. Also I placed the order 31st August and received it 16th September, so delivery takes a while too.

Just to add, after contacting me below and offering me a refund, even though I have emailed them several times since, chasing it, it still hasn't been paid into my account.

An update to the above, Ralph in Customer Support organised a full refund for me, and that is now in my PayPal account, so finally all ends well. Thank you Ralph.

I wouldn’t even give them one star I ordered a pale blue sweater in big knit mohair look fabulous on the pictures. It arrived and it’s like an old grannies awful knitted sweater. Wouldn’t even wear it to do my cleaning. 😡😡 wouldn’t recommend and can’t send it back because of the awful reviews of having to spend money to send deliveries back. So disappointed as everyone else says I should have read the reviews before I ordered.BIG mistake!!!!!
Just adding what has been happening with this order i’ve now sent 15 messages to this company. They promised to refund my money in total that was on the 11th of October. I have sent them 15 messages. I have had the same replies over and over again saying they are sorry about the situation and they will get the refund to me. Then I get other messages saying they want more details and they just keep going round and round in circles it is now the 6th of November. Do not deal with this company. They have no intention of giving me a refund.

I ordered a bodysuit. It took almost three weeks to arrive. What I received was not even a bodysuit. It was a top! Won't be using this company again.

Quality of tench coat horrendous when asked to return costs more than the item!!! Noth8ng what it looks like and described on its website!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

The leather jacket I ordered was lovely.
I ordered a size up because of small fitting. I checked the reviews after I ordered and I wasn't expecting it to be so nice. It was a good fit and really good material especially for the price I am well pleased.

I brought a cardigan from them this week . It looked nothing like the picture and when I wanted to return it . They ask if I wanted a voucher instead of a refund which said NO . I took it to the office to be told it’s £26 to sent it back to Las Vegas I only pay £24.99 . It’s a total rip off and can’t believe they get away with this as they know we are not going to pay that to send it back . They should not be allowed to do this to their customers and I will never be buying anything from them again.

Dreadful quality clothing, wanted to return and get a refund and was offered the following:
To resolve the issue with the quality of your item, you have the following options:

Option 1: Receive a 10% refund to your original payment method plus a 50% voucher (both based on the value of the shirt).
Option 2: Receive a 100% voucher for the full value of the shirt—no need to return it, and you can reorder with the voucher.
Option 3: Return the shirt to our international warehouse. You would bear the shipping cost (estimated between £20–£80), and upon receipt and verification of the item, you will receive a full refund (customs fees may apply).
I’d go for option 2 but then I’d get another item that’s just as dreadful.

I was so impressed with these fabulous and colourful trainers, I bought a 2nd pair the day after the 1st pair arrived because I am going to wear them until they fall off my feet!

The soles are sturdy and solid, the comfort level is amazing, like marshmallow clouds for my feet! For the last 3 years, I only wear yellow trainers, which aren’t easy to come by, certainly none as stylish as Ivy Shape!

The Customer Service is also worth mentioning because Ivy Shape really values your business and goes out of their way to prove it! Speedy shipping, too!

Hello. I just wanted to give a review on the 'waterproof trench coat with hood' I have just received.
It looked lovely on your site so I ordered it. Firstly the size is not true to the measurements on your site. Way smaller. Secondly, the back of the coat looks longer in the back online but it's just straight. It does not hang nicely when i put it on. My arms are not overly long but the sleeves are so short, ending an inch or so above my wrist. The fabric is really thin and its definitely not waterproof. I'm really disappointed.

It would be 0 if we could put it!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! item my partner bought not suitable, nowhere does it mention a USA returns address in their T&C or returns info, emails come back too quickly for a real
person.
And now they want to say sorry for any inconvenience I am jot sending a parcel to tge USA when it didn't come from there.

There's no fool like an old fool. Forgot to read the reviews as was so impressed with the picture. Ordered, saw the reviews, wanted to beat myself with a stick. You can't cancel, and the bank won't do anything to help.
I wouldn't be seen dead in it, it's absolutely nothing like the picture, and the fabric is so thin, and not waterproof, that it is not fit for purpose at all.
Will lose money sending it back if they get back to me, but better than losing the lot.
I wouldn't even put it in a clothes bank

Unsuitable goods have to be returned to international addresses at customers' cost quoted at £20 to £80. My item was only worth £20. This is disgusting. Another online crooked dealer that forces you to keep unwanted items. Another donation for the charity shop and I am out of pocket again.

Ordered a denim jacket in medium. It arrived over 5 weeks later. I’m a size 10 and it wouldn’t go around it was so tiny. Cheap & nasty fabric. Asked for refund & was offered a discount voucher for the price of the jacket but it has increased in price but almost 50%. Was told they wouldn’t pay the postage to Nevada. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. total scam

This company is a scam giving the impression it trades from the UK. The shoes ordered were far too small and had no sizing on them. To return the item you were given an address in the USA and expected to pay postage and duty costs which exceeded the cost of the item in the first place. Replies to emails from this company come back automated,A I generated
Do not fall into the trap of ordering from them, you will be sorely disappointed and wasted your money.

Never received the item. I realized quickly this is a scam company and got my money back through the bank. If this happened to you please contact your bank asap, then report as scam company

OMG quality is shocking, like something you would get from China. Poor fabric (not as appealing as in the picture), poor sizing..I ordered a medium being a uk size 10/12 and the sleeves don’t even reach my wrists. Fabric is so poor, that I wouldn’t even donate to charity or use as a rag. I am really ashamed of myself for being victim to this, at £60 I paid for a fluffy jacket, I expected better quality for the price. Very misleading. Parcel also took three weeks to arrive. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Do not use this company I didnot realise they were based outside the UK - A jacket I ordered very poor quality around the button holes supposed to be waterproof I doubt that I voluteer in a hospice shop & I wouldn't donate this to them they give you the runaround when asking for a refund I won't get a refund they have cheated an 80yr old I hope they can sleep well - days later they have come back to me they wish more details no chance I am not wasting anymore time there are hundreds of replies from other clients complaining your coat is in the right place now the recycling bin in the charity shop

The two dresses I ordered were made with very cheap fabric. I asked for a refund. To obtain the refund I had to ship the dresses to an address overseas and the postage which I would have to pay would be more than the dresses cost me. Also when they refund they deduct the postage they paid to send the dresses. Please do not be fooled into buying from this company. Their photograph of the clothes look wonderful, the actual clothes are not. They are not even good enough to give to Oxfam.
