I have been paying an annual subscription to Iwantmyname for 9 years, and I am very satisfied with these 9 years with them. They respond to my messages very quickly even though we don’t have the same time zone (I live in France) and are very friendly.

I needed a quick check and explanation of what I thought might be an exploit. I got a quick (15 minutes) qualified response not only that I hadn’t been hacked but a complete, rational explanation of how the event I described may probably have occurred.
Great to deal with professionals who take their job and customers seriously!

The service was provided without interruption and responses were prompt despite the large time difference.

This used to be a great registry but not anymore. It has gotten very poor indeed. Customer service is very poor and on top of that, they have made it difficult to transfer domains out of them. For example, they make you wait for 5 days in order to transfer a top level domain, whereas this can normally be done immediately, if they wish to do so.

Their prices are also far too high and would not recommend them.

It's one of the fastest and smoothest online inquiry experiences I've ever had. Even though I was in a different time zone, the customer service team responded to my email in such a short period of time and explained my concern in detail. I'm amazed by the efficiency of the service, and very happy with the result of the inquiry.

They make it fast, easy and straight forward for customers which I value very much! Consumers already have an overwhelming amount of complicated subscriptions or service levels to deal with and do not need to be on yet another wait list, or put on hold for agent attention.

Great company with great service. I've been using them for many years now. They are honest, competent and provide full set of features without any tricks or dark patterns, unlike many cowboys in that space.

User interface on the website is amazing. Customer service, in the rare event that you need customer service, is blisteringly fast and always on point. I wish the whole damn world ran as well as iwantmyname.com. Which is doesn't, but oh well. You can't appreciate the light without the darkness.

It shouldn’t have taken 12+ hours for a response from customer care. I also didn’t get any emails about the server expiring. Scary experience having no access to email or cal while waiting for support.
