My wig came today

My wig came today. I had high hopes because of the reviews. The boho braids wig had way too much netting showing. The quality of the hair was good but waaaayyyyyy too thin. I would not recommend. Now I have to go find something for the holidays but definitely not online. Extremely disappointed.

Over a year ago I bought 2 beautiful…

Over a year ago I bought 2 beautiful boho curly wigs. To this day ppl adore them as do I. Recently I purchased another wig and transposed the mailing address. I informed them of my situation. They were so accommodating in helping me. I’d recommend this company hands down! The customers service is A plus. The wigs are beautiful, excellent quality , I just love them. Can’t wait until I receive my newest wig. Definitely a true satisfied customer for life. Gerri

Buyer beware - with update

I am leaving this review as a consumer warning.

I placed an order with Jaliza Hair on December 2, 2025, and the order was accepted and confirmed. The order remained active for several days. On December 7, 2025, the order was canceled.

Jaliza Hair later stated that the cancellation was due to incorrect pricing that they posted themselves. This was not an error on my part.

The company claimed they attempted to contact me via WhatsApp, however I did not provide WhatsApp as a contact method when placing my order, and I do not use that platform. No email, phone call, or text was sent to the contact information associated with my order prior to the cancellation.

Because the order was accepted and remained active with no notice of an issue, I scheduled an installation appointment. When the order was canceled without verified notice, I was required to cancel my install and lost my deposit.

Although a refund was issued, the issue is the lack of communication, use of an unauthorized contact method, and delayed cancellation due to the company’s own posting error. No attempt was made to notify me through standard channels before canceling the order.

Consumers should be aware of this experience before ordering.

UPDATE

After the review posted, I received this email, they are now offering to pay me to remove the review on this site, how many other customers have they made a similar request to? Also, I never received any email and a rep had previously confirmed they had only reached out via WHATSAPP (not a contact option I ever provided) in the first email after I sent one to ask why I received an alert from the Shop app that the order had been canceled.

We sincerely apologize for the negative shopping experience caused by the display error on our website. After discovering this error, we immediately sent you an email on December 2, the same day you placed your order.

Since we were unable to reach you via email, we contacted you through the phone number provided in your order and left a message on WhatsApp. We have consistently been proactive in trying to resolve this issue.

After discovering the problem, we reached out immediately, but we were unable to get a response from you via either email or WhatsApp. To avoid delaying shipment for too long, your order eventually became abnormal, and we had no choice but to cancel it. It was only on the day of cancellation, December 7, that we received your reply.

Afterward, we proposed three solutions to best meet your needs and compensate for the issue, but none were accepted. All of these actions were taken with the goal of making up for our mistake. We have always approached this situation with a positive and proactive attitude, aiming to resolve the problem for you.

Moving forward, we will place even greater emphasis on website maintenance and management to ensure that such errors do not happen again. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Jalisa say what they mean They stand…

Jalisa say what they mean They stand on/by their word. Customer service effectiveness and fast delivery ,staying in consistent communication until package is delivered and after. Make sure you have received and are happy 😃 with product. Not to mention the quality of each unit I have purchased. So far I have 3 am waiting on another unit to be delivered. Once received I SHALL be ordering more 2/3 per month.

The Jaliza wig is in the class by itself!!!

The experience ordering a Jaliza wig was exemplary. I ordered a full braided knotless wig and I did not like the color I ordered. I called customer service and they gave me an option of a refund or replacement. I replaced my wig with another full knotless and it is perfect! The color is vibrant and the feel is amazing! It! It's so soft and it was so easy to fit my crown with adjustable straps. I would not hesitate to purchase another!!!!!
Customer service was so helpful! They truly made the replacement procedure an easy one!!!!!

Let me first say I'm not a review person I usually don't write them but my experience was so heartfelt I had to share it. I am a truck driver and it's hard to look good on the road and I count on the quality of Jaliza's braided wigs to keep me looking fabulous! I ordered the wig but didn't get home until weeks later to retrieve it. Then I discovered I ordered the wrong color! I contacted customer service about exchanging the unit they said no problem I sent pictures and they told me to return it in 7 days unfortunately you can't just pull a truck up to a post office so that took another couple of weeks. I contacted them with the issue and they were glad to help. Jaliza, was very patient and work with me through the process. I was finally able to return the unit, then I find out that my color was out of stock. My heart dropped until they explain that they would upgrade my wig in the color I wanted for no additional charge! Amazing!!! This review is not about the wig as it is about how they treated me like a real person that cared about my concerns and treated me with respect like they valued me as a customer and that's what I appreciated the most. And I will reciprocate by being a loyal customer!❤️

This review is based only on responsiveness to an ordering issue. I accidentally made a purchase that I was not ready to make. I immediately reached out to support to request a cancellation of the order. I went to bed and when I woke up I had a response that the order was cancelled. Since then I ordered the unit and I am waiting for delivery. It was over $340 so I pray that it does not disappoint. I will definitely post after I get it

Exchanging my wig

I recieved my wig. I needed a small and the 121 strands was a bit much for me but the wig is amazing I have already ordered a wig from jaliza. Reaching out to there customer service was an amazing experience they can teach some of our us customer service people a thing or to. They accomate as much as they can to satisfy what you are needing.
