Great Custom Service!
I recently received an order full of beautiful, quality pieces. There was a minor defect on one of the clothing items, so I emailed customer service with photos asking if I could initiate an exchange. They responded immediately to make it right. Not only are the products adorable and timeless, but I will for sure order again because of the commitment to quality that this business clearly displays!

Fast and friendly customer support!!
I ordered about 10 or so items and one of them came in the wrong size, I emailed a photo to customer service and they (within the hour!!) immediately replied stating to keep the item as a one time courtesy to prevent me from having to go through the trouble of returning and I got immediate notification of the item being shipped in the correct size. Amazing customer service, have never experienced a remedy so quickly from anywhere before.

Wonderful clothes and excellent customer service
I’ve always loved Jamie Kay clothing, so I was very excited to visit their Auckland sample sale. Unfortunately, I noticed an issue with one of the items I purchased after washing it according to the care instructions.
I contacted their customer service team and was really impressed with how kindly and promptly they handled my concern. They took the time to look into it and provided a store credit for the item. The whole process was easy and reassuring, and I really appreciated how well they looked after me as a customer.
Aside from the wonderful customer service, I absolutely love the quality, beautiful colours and timeless designs of Jamie Kay clothing. My little one has quite a growing Jamie Kay wardrobe now! 😊

I have been a regular customer for almost 2 years now. It’s an addiction that I love! The quality, designs, variety and colours are the most beautiful! Kids look amazing in JK and as a mom I’m just grateful there is a brand that offers all! Plus the promotions and the customer service is top notch! I don't get it...
I don't get it.... I was not impressed with the fabric quality at all. I wrote and expressed my concern via email to the Jamie Kay Company, and all I got back was a notification that none of the items were returnable. Not even a "so sorry you were not pleased" or and offer to do an exchange.... nothing. I do not belive that any of these garments I orderd are actual organic cotton. That are not very soft and the colors are very dull. I'm stuck as I ordred them for a baby shower gift (spent $100.00) and with no option to return, I'll have to give them to the new mom. I'm actually a bit embarassed. I don't give crappy gifts! I guess there is a first time for everything.

Highly recommend!
Couldn’t recommend Jamie Kay more! Beautiful clothing, great quality, amazing customer service online and in store. Shipping is also very fast in NZ. I was in store on Tuesday and there was a mix up with my loyalty rewards points which hadn’t added properly, I hadn’t noticed and the team picked up on it before I did and sent an email to correct it. The in store team are also wonderful at helping to pair items together and make shopping super fun for my children. 10/10! :)

A Brand I Keep Coming Back To :)
I've been shopping with Jamie Kay for quite some time now and continue to be impressed with both the quality of their products and their customer service. The clothing is beautifully made, incredibly soft, and has held up well through regular wear and washing.

The best clothing and service around!
Just love Jamie Kay and it’s the kids brand I return to again and again. Nothing compares to their quality and beautiful designs but even more their customer service is incredible. I had a mix up with my delivery and they got back to me in record time, sorted it out and even left a little treat for the kids in the package. We love Jamie Kay!

I have been shopping at Jamie Kay for a total of three years. Every experience I have had with their customer service has been amazing! They respond quickly, are patient, and have always solved any issue I have had. Also there clothes are gorgeous and beautifully crafted.
