Excellent Service!
I popped into the shop in Aylsham. A young man who worked their came straight over. Answered my questions promptly, he definitely knew what he was talking about. I went online. Chose my hob, ordered it, paid. I rang to ask if I could have it as soon as possible. J B Postles of Aylsham offered to deliver it themselves. It was here the next day. Excellent Service!

Great Customer Service
The radio I ordered was not in stock at the Sheringham store, a phone call from 'Ryan' sorted it and arranged for the Manager at Sheringham to collect it from the warehouse in Aylsham.

Christmas tree transformer .Last week I went into Postle’s
Last week I went into Postle’s, Sheringham. I was enquiring about a replacement transformer for a Christmas tree. The gentleman who served us was very polite and very helpful. Whilst Postles’ didn’t sell this particular transformer, the shop assistant went out of his way to find a replacement on Amazon. He even then printed out the link for me. He then went on to test my transformer, which was dead. I then successfully ordered my replacement on Amazon. He was so lovely 😊. Thank you x

Purchase of Bosch Fridge Freezer …
Paul and Ben were very helpful in fitting my fridge freezer, including having to reverse the doors, nothing was too much trouble. Prior to purchase Postles were very helpful in ensuring the fridge freezer was the right size for the fitted cabinets.
Post installation care was excellent regarding the alarm going off after installation.
For future reference it would be helpful if when installing equipment, purchasers were advised of where to find the information to register the equipment with the manufacturer for the guarantee.
