Being a local company with a local warehouse, the delivery drivers noticed there was an inconsistency, contacted the warehouse, arranged for the mistake to be rectified. Much better service than remote national chains. Also thanks to the delivery drivers for noticing before installing

Great friendly service and super speedy delivery! Our fridge freezer gave up in the morning and had a new one in place by the evening. I was at work all day and J B Postle were happy to wait until I got home to deliver it - fantastic service 👍🏽

My first purchase from postals but my dad is a regular customer and im very happy with the service I received, i ordered on a Thursday and it was delivered by friday, and was free delivery. Poor local service
We have always tried to buy our white goods locally, so when we needed a new vacuum cleaner we went to Postle's shop in Sheringham, we wanted a Bosch which only postle sell they had no stock a first but said could get one the next day very good, but when we said could we try it on they carpet the answer was NO, so just go to Argos if it is not what you want just take it back
