Amazingly quick response, to my two questions, from Stuart this morning.
The world would be a better place if all agencies were this good.

JCF Putney are so helpful, no matter how big or small the problem is.

I handed my property to JCF when life got too overwhelming to continue with it myself. I was delighted how quickly and easily Douglas managed everything. Very knowledgeable about how to manage a property in a block and organised and dealt with all that was needed. It was a breath of fresh air. I am currently selling my property and after years of great service he has been very helpful even though our contract has ended. Am very grateful to have had the support of such a professional company and would highly recommend Douglas and the team.

Since Emily Gedye has been appointed to our building, emails have been answered and problems provided with solutions. We recently had the common parts redecorated which was well organised and carried out by a very good team of decorators.

Chloe has been extremely supportive and professional. Even when issues required time to resolve, she remained responsive, understanding and communicative. It’s reassuring to know there is someone reliable to contact when needed. Many thanks for all your help!!

We are a group of listed central London buildings of 25 units and overall have a good and positive experience of JCF since they were appointed in 2019.
Our property manager Oliver is knowledgeable, efficient, as well as a good at tackling difficult issues when they arise, which is important in the building being well managed. Oliver is also proactive in updating the flat owners about general issues.
The accounts department however could be more efficient to be at the same level as our property manager.

Very efficient, easy to reach and proactive team. Davina in particular has been a great support over the years and will always go the extra mile to help if an issue arises.

JCF is very local, and nearly always responds quickly to any emergencies. The staff in the office are always helpful and efficient. We have had some excellent property managers over the 18 years I have lived in Cambalt House. Our present manager, Oliver Hill, is one of these, very personable, knowledgable and hard working, though I suspect he has a rather heavy work load. I would give him 5 stars. I'm quite impressed so far with the recent management changes and may up grade the 3 stars if this continues. Hilary

JCF (Debbie Ranger)are at the top of the game,on every level,not only are they hugely professional in running the Rosebank Estate,which comes with numerous challenges,they also have that personal touch,when helping residents with complex issues from DWP to local government.Debbie is brilliant 👏

I have worked with Elena Pletea for many years now at Airlie Gardens on behalf of one of my clients. We are just in the process of completing the sale of my clients property and I wanted to go on record about the wonderful experience of dealing with Elena. She is a consummate professional and has been so proactive and responsive in our time of working together.

Avoid these people on planet earth. They are complete bullies. Park management that did not do anything to resolve this issue in abbotsmede close in 2023. They are just and said they do not find record. Eventually they just say sorry and that's it

Excellent service, kind, understanding, helpful and very efficient

I am a leaseholder in a small block of flats in SW London. I called and emailed about ten agents most of which were either rude or never bothered contacting me. JCF were in a different league.

Katrina the business development manager was so helpful and knowledgeable giving up half an hour of her time explaining the changes in legislation and reasons for the minimum fee.

I am now looking at a PMP or planned maintenance programme as a result and will be looking for a decent accountant as the current one is dire.

I can honestly say that it was the most helpful half hour I've had in a long while. It was lovely not to talk to a robot! Thank you for your time.

Rented a property managed by JCF for nearly 2 years. Service we received was top quality, any issues we incurred were resolved with speed and professionalism. Repairs to Kitchen and removal of fallen tree in garden were 2 main issues we raised and could not be happier with the service Douglas provided for us. He was also very understanding of our needs when we needed to leave the property and allowed us to have a smooth transition to our first home.

Stuart Shubrook went out of his way to accommodate my needs with a particularly complicated project, his response time, can-do attitude and out of box ideas meant we completed the task at hand on time.

Debbie has gone above & beyond to assist us with our house move, answering all our queries quicker than expected and always at the end of the phone ready to help! Debbie is personable, reliable and professional. A real credit to JCF. Thank you!
