This is by far the worst crocs and slipper i bought i payed 60£ for the crocs including delivery and they are extremely uncomfortable and they hurt my legs even more definitely to not recommend bhying these if you stand for long very disappointed!!!

Delivery took a little longer than expected. Over a week which is unusual as I’ve ordered from JD many times and usually I get everything next day which I’ve even commented on how fast they are. Certainly still the goto for me but I will keep an eye that standards aren’t slipping - they set a very high bar.

Costly and inconvenient return process
the returns procedure is not transparent and very costly, keeping the customers in a trap. in the short run, you will retain the order value but in the long run you will lose the client given your current process. I am never ordering from here again.

Fantastic service and speedy delivery
After searching many sites, I opted to buy from JD Catering and, I’m not disappointed. I’m very happy with my purchase, it’s exactly what I was looking for. The cheese cutter looks very well made and was securely packed. I can’t wait to use the cheese cutter for cutting tray bakes like rocky road, cookie pies and other sweet treats, it will make it so easy to neatly slice.

Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. We are a B&B in Cornwall, bought a wine fridge that quickly started failing with condensation outside the glass. It went for repairs, and while it was being repaired we bought a second one as a back up as we can't really function properly without one. The second fridge came with the same fault, and the first fridge was returned to us - with the same fault! Weeks in service for nothing! So now I'm out of two fridges, they won't refund me the second fridge which we barely even unpacked, and it's been weeks and we're still waiting. Absolutely shameful, if you require a decent service, find another place.

Great personal service
Called prior to placing an order and spoke to a really helpful member of the team who was able to advise me on which items were compatible with my unit. Website was easy to use and as they use the same codes as Nisbets I was able to quickly order my usual essentials at the same time and hit the free delivery threshold mentioned by the member of staff (Thank you).
