I was needing a narrow kitchen unit and found this one on Amazon. It was dispatched promptly and well packaged, assembling it was simple and the quality is very good. Unfortunately one of the doors had a small chip on the edge and this was dealt with and a replacement sent out immediately. It is nice to have a company who are reliable with decent quality items.

We ordered the JD Greta Kitchen Base Unit 600mm Storage Cabinet With Doors and Shelf 60cm in White Mat without the worktop, as we already had a worktop for it. There were plenty of colours to choose from.

The unit arrived on time as was well packaged.

We were specifically looking for a base unit with a depth of 46.3cm as the unit was being placed somewhere with sockets on the wall behind, and this meant there was room for the unit to be placed in front of the sockets without touching them.

The Base Unit was very easy to put together and of good quality.

We would happily buy another unit from this company if we need more.

We purchased these units for our wellness and aesthetics clinic in Leicestershire, and they have been excellent. The quality is outstanding, they look highly professional, and they function perfectly. Hygiene is critical in our industry, so the easy-to-clean, wipeable surfaces are a massive benefit.

Bought the kitchen cabinet to use as extra under counter storage space. Ordering process was easy and good tracking and delivered on the day expected. Packed well and came with good clear instructions and relatively easy to put together yourself!

I brought a couple of the 300mm base units to complete a utility room project through B&Q.

They arrived on time and were super easy to assemble. For the price, the build quality was great and finished off the room nicely.

I ordered a single unit from this companies eBay store and it arrived very promptly and well packaged. It was very easy to assemble and the quality exceeds the price point.

I have replaced my kitchen bit by bit with this company, it's affordable and easy to assemble, I once ordered the wrong size unit and I have an instant refund and I replaced it promptly. Very happy with their service through b&q

Disgraceful delivery service. Ordered a kitchen sink base unit through The Range - really wish I hadn’t.

The courier SBK Distribution, no reputation so I was concerned and I was right to be. They arrived with one pack, the label said 1 of 2, so I asked where the 2nd pack was. The driver used his best gaslighting attempt and insisted I cut open the pack to see if everything was inside. I didn’t want to but it seemed the only way to prove him wrong was to open it. I opened it…and it was incomplete.

I was then told the 2nd pack would be delivered maybe tomorrow, so what was the point of opening that pack.

I no longer want this so come and collect the opened pack and refund me today.

Stay well away from this company.

am extremely dissatisfied and formally escalating a complaint regarding my delivery (Tracking Number: [INSERT]).
I was at home continuously between 1:00pm and 8:00pm as required. Despite this, I received a message at 9:00pm falsely claiming that a delivery attempt had been made at 8:30pm and that no one was home.
This information is completely inaccurate. I was present at the property the entire time, and I have CCTV footage which clearly shows that no delivery attempt was made at all.
This is a serious failure in service and unacceptable behaviour. I have lost an entire day waiting unnecessarily due to incorrect reporting by your delivery driver/system. The parcel is urgent and required for installation tomorrow, and this situation has caused direct disruption and inconvenience.
I expect immediate action, not excuses.
I require one of the following without delay:
Guaranteed redelivery first thing tomorrow morning, OR
Immediate confirmation that I can collect the parcel from the depot at the earliest possible time.
If this is not resolved urgently and correctly, I will escalate this complaint further to senior management and the relevant consumer protection channels.

Buyer returned item at own expense. Delivery confirmation shows item was received by seller, but seller refuses refund and claims non-receipt. Poor and dishonest handling of return process.

Very poor quality, ordered kitchen units most of which was damaged, please do not waste your hard earned money.

An order i put in for handcream was piggy backed by this firm and an order went in for an £88 base unit, i spotted the total was over £100 so 2 mins after it went (timed on emails) i cancelled but this firm of shysters said it was to late. After further comunication they said i could return it if i paid for postage (23 kg) and they would look into giving me a refund, yeh i really trust them. Buy from these at your peril !!!!

I ordered a little 4 draw kitchen cupboard made up of three little draws and one big one. I asked if I could buy a second big one to convert it into something more practical. They very sweetly sent me a front of a big draw free of charge. I ended up getting timber from elsewhere and building the rest of the draw.

Delivery was extremely quick (3 days) and it arrived in the one hour time slot advised by the carrier . The unit was packaged very well and had extra protection from transit damage. Once unpacked the unit was fairly easy to put together following the instructions provided. Extra care needs to be taken to ensure the screws and fastenings are not over tightened and that a good quality wood glue is used on all joints (not supplied) and to provide extra strength to the dowelled and screwed construction. Once put together the unit looks very good and is fairly robust.
I would say this unit is good value for the price paid. The only slight improvement that could be made is to make the drawer bottoms thicker. All in all a good choice for me.

They sold an item with misleading information then refused to offer a full refund. Stay away if you can

Bought the 4 drawer kitchen base unit. Really poor quality cheap laminate chipboard. Drawer bases are held on with panel pins. No adjustment whatsoever, drawers not aligned. Laminate really thin and chips easily. Reminds me of kitchen units from the 1980s. Don't waste your money. Customer service unhelpful
