Incredible and amazing gym and staff!
Amazing gym! Fantastic range of equipment, spacious, clean, changing rooms are so clean and well looked after. Everything you could want from a gym. Staff are all friendly, approachable, very knowledgable and always happy to help.

It's clean, fresh, well air conditioned with fantastic up to date equipment.
The staff are very friendly and approachable.
I went for my 1st late night session (past midnight) and felt totally safe and will be definitely going again during the night.
Wow I can not believe the negative comments on here, absolute lies.
Go and find out for yourself you won't be disappointed it's fantastic.

amazing gym!!!!
i’m not too sure about the negative reviews, but i think this gym is absolutely brilliant. i was heavily into the gym a few years ago but due to covid i lost this and lost all my progress. i joined another gym after covid but that gym never gave me the motivation, until i came to JD. this gym is amazing, there is equipment for everything, and it’s really given me the motivation to get back into the gym again. yes at times it can be busy, but that’s something you just have to deal with, i tend to go around 9pm-10pm at night, and it’s perfectly fine, i never have to wait for any equipment, and even if i did there’s more than enough to get along with. it’s such a comfortable environment and i feel like i can get on with my workout without being judged or feeling insecure, which is how i felt in my old gym. i would recommend this gym to anyone:)
