Thank you so much for everything! The product is such good quality for a good price and I got my parcel in good time despite it being shipped over seas twice due to an oversight of the delivery info (sent to the wrong country!) The customer service was impeccable to say the least and the tracking of parcel is really on point so I’d for sure recommend this website!

I’m sorry we didn’t live up to your expectations. Sometimes mistakes happen and we always try to fix them as soon as possible. The person you were on the phone with at that time was not up to date of our webshop activities and therefore asked to come back to the store. It was an honest mistake and we made arrangements so they don’t happen again. As we communicated by e-mail you got your refund and didn't have to send back the wrong product. We hope you see this as a fit solution for the inconvenience.

Ordered, paid. Received confirmation of successful payment ... and then complete silence for more than two weeks now.
No delivery, no tracking number, ... only a survey mail "how did we do?".

I'm very sorry to hear you've had a less pleasant experience with us.
We took a look at the order and saw that it concerns a "pick-up in store" order. It is true that no track & trace code is linked to this as nothing gets send.
However you should've automatically received an e-mail that the product is ready for pick-up.
It is possible something went wrong there or that the e-mail ended up in your spam.
We will get in touch with you to look into this further.

Super vriendelijk
Super vriendelijk. ik had een item in de winkel zien staan en wou het achteraf online aankopen. Het stond niet in het assortiment dus hebben ze deze toegevoegd. Het was ook heel mooi ingepakt allemaal. Zeer leuk.

I've already bought a water bottle and a stress ball before as well and all the products are good quality. It's a fun shop for small gadgets and other cool things to gift others or yourself :p
