Agenda gekocht die snel werd geleverd. Helaas was de agenda beschadigd. Een mailtje gestuurd en daarop kwam snel de reactie of ik een nieuw artikel wilde of het bedrag gecrediteerd wilde hebben. Omdat ik de agenda wel kon gebruiken, zei ik dat ik graag een gedeelte gecrediteerd wilde hebben. De reactie daarop was dat zij alles wat niet 100% voldoet, 100% crediteren. Top! (Al was het niet nodig geweest ;-))
