Really lovely guy and quick response to my call. Hopefully the wasps nest has been dealt with.
Was well informed in the process and the booking.

Chatted to Bot on their site to establish if possible to resolve an issue with drain flies was assured yes and source would be located and treated. upfront payment £240.
Chap arrived and within minutes said couldn’t do anything as he couldnot find a source! Assuming they would be in sink pipe seems they don’t do drains which I assumed meant exterior not a under sink pipe He rang head office to explain .. upshot he did not investigate apart from removing a kick board and establishing there was no hidden damp under the kitchen island he left after no more than 10 mins in the property with the matter unresolved. I requested a refund as matter unresolved to be met with a charge of £150 call out!! At no time was this ever discussed mentioned.
I was more than happy to pay if the matter was resolved or even if the workmen had done some thorough investigation but nothing!

Very efficient service. Explained what the process entailed and gave assurance he would return if there was any sign of wasps within seven days from the treatment.

Absolutely the worst company I have had the displeasure of trying to deal with, paid £299 for a 3 visit rat job, first visit ok but quick and just put down some cheap poison and that was it, have tried to get them to come for the 2nd visit and have taken 2 days off work to be in and both times they have cancelled. They have offered me £179 back but no apology for my wasted time and I have it on good authority that if you pay upfront, they will take new business over fulfilling their on the go jobs. I am disgusted by theirnlevel of professionalism or lack there of, I am speaking to trading standards to try to get the full refund as they have breached the contract and failed to complete the job. Please steer clear so you don't get duped too!!

Very professional and helpful

The staff from JG pest control was so polite and helpful, such a lovely man who explained the procedure very well. We are renovating and he advised me to cover the hole where the pipes were being replaced and he stacked some bricks against the wall to cover the area. Extremely helpful and kind individual.

Kept me informed what time he would arrive and explained what to do next, very efficient and gave me good advice,I would use him again

Great service from Nico who was very professional and extremely helpful keeping me updated on the rodent infestation in my loft. I would not hesitate to recommend Nico for any future work.

The on site dicsussion and the work then proposed were not the same. 3!20 survey lasted under 10 minutes and then a generic treatment proposed that was not that discussed face to face. Only one room of the house was inspected.

We were visited by Steve, who carried out a very thorough assessment of our home and the issue we were experiencing. He quickly identified potential access points based on the history of the problem and the layout of our home, while also carefully checking for evidence.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain his recommendations clearly. He suggested several options to help resolve the issue, while also taking our budget and affordability into consideration, which we really appreciated.

He was friendly, kind and professional throughout, and it was clear that he has a wealth of experience. We felt very reassured after his visit and would highly recommend Steve and the team.

Artur was really curious and asked a lot of questions to try and understand the situation. The situation is still ongoing- I will do a 5 star review based on what happens over the next four weeks, but our initial impression is great.

While the work appears to have been done, for me a discussion as to what was done and why, coupled with what to expect, would have been useful.

Once again JG Pest Control kept me waiting for hours at an unoccupied property. This has happened before. Will not use again as very disorganised. The technician himself was very good, personable and gave good advice. It’s not his fault the admin team are rubbish.
