Telephoned on Wednesday about a wild bee nest in my garage and was offered a visit scheduled for Friday morning. Confirmation emails arrived promptly and with plenty of information about the likely procedure. Following emails narrowed the visiting time slot on Thursday and finally Friday morning, down to only 3 hours, which is better than most visits or deliveries. Martyn arrived pretty much in the middle of the advised time slot, identified the nest, advised of precautions, and had chemically neutralised and removed the nest within half an hour, with minimum disruption. This is not a cheap service, but the alternative would have been to lose the use of the garage space for months, which would not have been acceptable. Thank you Martyn and the lady co-ordinator.

Martin and the other guy who,s name have forgotten where fantastic very polite and informative they are a credit to your company, however how you run your office is another matter, this was a empty property which is up for sale I live 16 mile away you need to give better times you will attend, i think it would be a great idea for office staff to go out for a day to see how they work you company would get a better review thank you Regards Alan Rumsey

Thomas arrived within the time slot provided the morning after we had booked. Thomas said it might take a couple of days for the wasps to stop using the nest etc. Nearly 24 hours later wasps are stilling flying in and out of nest area so effectiveness still to be confirmed.

I was so glad it was Jordan to come back for second visit, he was great and efficient hope he is the one to come back next time, thank you Jordan for your work and professionalism

Jordan came out and was so professional .He explained what he was going to do and did it very prompt.

Had to request a return visit, no problem, booked in 2 days later. Jordan their technician, very helpful, did a brilliant job,located the wasp's nest and hopefully all now will be eradicated within the next 7 days.
