JG Pest Control Opiniones

Adam arrived and was very polite and professional during the visit would highly recommend.

The guy who came to the house was rude and so grumpy, clearly didn't want to be there, couldn't have shown less interest in the job.

He did spray the wasp nest but didn't follow up (tell us he'd done the job, what to expect, when we should see any change, what do you if it continues).

So different to the first visit for this job, where the guy couldn't have been more helpful.

Adam was great. He messaged with his ETA. He was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Thomas was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was very thorough when carrying out his assessment and provides lots of reassurance. Would reccomend totally !

Ryan and his partner where most efficient and professional in their approach to our problem with wasps.
First, they carried out a good inspection of how and were the wasps mlgrated to,
Then effectively eradicated them.
We had very good service, and recommend these two gentlemen.

Brian and Susan.

Polite, informative and efficient

The 2 Guys came and explained what they will be doing with the chemical spray, and how long we need to be away from the property and the aftercare when they had finished
Two very respectful guys very helpful.

Great professional service.

Spent time to explain the situation with the wasps and was very thorough with the work carried out.

I called JG on Friday and their technician was with us on Saturday morning.
Billy was very diligent and a credit to JG.
He surveyed quickly and came up with a strategy.

Kieron was absolutely lovely. He took the time to check everything thoroughly and explained clearly where they are most likely coming from and what could be causing the problem. He answered all my questions and made the whole situation feel much less stressful. I felt really reassured after his visit. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you

We woke up to the sound of pitter patter from our loft only to discover a bird flying around. Billy came over within a few hours and was able to highlight an area of loose tiling that the bird had probably used to enter the loft. Lovely chap, very personable. We would highly recommend.

Mike arrived as planned, dealt with the problem quite quickly and kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the, including instructions for the hours following the treatment. Great service, thankyou

Honest and helpful advice

Very knowledgeable and reassuring kind and considerate

I found the whole process very easy from my initial phone call to the visit from Graham. The phone call explained what to expect. I knew what day they were coming and I had a message to say they were on the way. Graham did a quick check to see what he was dealing with. He did it in a very respectful way. He will return again if necessary.

Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Jordan kept us advised of his anticipated arrival.

Inspected the property and the drains,

Set some bait under the kitchen units and offered some advice on possible points of entry.

We will call him back to review in 2 weeks.

Thank you Jordan

Alex Jenkins was really nice and helpful :) thank you

Adam arrived quickly and on a Saturday. He kept us up to date with his ETA and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was eager to help and made us feel very at ease with the whole process.

Very quick response - visited the same day we called. Helpful, friendly man, happy to travel through the un boarded loft placing bait.
