Ashley was incredibly thorough with his treatment and left no stone unturned.

Steve was very helpful and gave me lots of advice
on how to deal with the problem ie: blocking air bricks
where mice could get in from outside.
He put bait down in several places where I had seen the mouse ,most probably he came from the under stair cupboard,( which he blocked with wire wool )

Excellent service. Steve explained procedure well and carried out what needed to be done to eradicate large wasps nest with the minimum of disruption.

Thomas Russell3 did an excellent job with the long tube spray, he was efficient, friendly and a dog lover, a bonus in my opinion.

Had our first visit today and Alistair was very polite and positive about our pests , very knowledgeable and explained how it all worked.

The technicians were all hardworking, polite and communicative and the finished job looks good. I had to knock a star off as there was some behind scenes disorganisation at HQ for which the technicians were very apologetic! I'd give the technicians individually 5 stars each!

Steven Crispe arrived promptly he was very informative and professional and already I have noticed my wasp infestation dying he informed me that should they still be there in 7 days a second visit included in the charge would be arranged. I am very pleased with the service.

Did not treat the whole area. Despite being told where the wasps were coming in he only sprayed one area. Wasps are still very active entering and leaving all along the area he was shown, but refused to treat.

Alex came round to resolve a pest issue and was polite, professional and reassuring from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain everything clearly, immediately putting my mind at ease. He was able to resolve the immediate issue efficiently and also confirmed that he would follow up to make sure everything remains fully under control. Excellent service from Alex throughout — knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely customer-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

My home was invaded by bed bugs and required several treatments to finally end the problem -- not because the treatments weren't effective, but because bed bugs are so tough. I received excellent customer care, particularly from Sam, who stayed in constant communication, and reassured me that the service would continue until the bugs were eradicated. I was visited by different technicians who were all understanding, non-judgemental, and willing to share tips so that I could be somewhat active in battling the bugs. It's a horrendous situation to find yourself in, and I appreciated the attention my home was given. It's very hard these days to find trustworthy companies who do the job they initially promised to do.

Graham arrived on time, was polite at all times and after quickly assessing what was needed advised me to retire to a safe distance as his wasp killer is far stonger than you can buy your self and then treated the wasp infestation. a professional service.

The technician arrived promptly and was very communicative and friendly assuring us he will return if needed.
Who knows if this visit was final but he was very efficient with the spraying.
