This experience was awful
This experience was awful. I ordered the trousers last monday, with 1-3 day delivery so expect them tk be delivered on Thursday or Friday. Low and behold they weren’t and i had half an outfit for the oarty i was attending on Saturday.

Exceptional customer service and value
I can honesty say this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Speedy response to my query with a really helpful response. I didn’t think they’d be able to help but it was sorted in a couple of emails. My denim stretch jumpsuit is just gorgeous, really great quality and exceptional value for money - had it had a designer label pinned to it somewhere you’d easily pay 5 times as much. Can’t recommend this shop enough - great quality and exceptional service. Thank you

Pleased with the service
The delivery was quick and easy. I needed to refund two out of the four jeans I have brought due to the style not suiting me. I emailed and got a quick reply and my return label sent to my email. It took less then a week to get my refund. Would buy from this business again.
