The installation team, Joe, Harry and Jack were very helpful and extremely friendly. They answered our queries in easy to understand terms regarding the maintenance of our hot tub. Their team work was good and the installation was carried in a tidy fashion. Nothing was too much trouble! Would thoroughly recommend Johnson’s and we love our new hot tub!

Our hot tub was delivered and installed by Joe, Harry and Jack. Very professional and polite and managed to manoeuvre the tub into position through narrow access around side of house. Hot tub was setup and commissioned and fully explained to us before they left. Excellent job, many thanks

He was the young man who originally installed our hot tub and is always so complimentary about our garden and this time also about the care I have taken of our hot tub…thank you. He is a credit to your Company.

His personable nature and sheer expertise on the mechanics of the hot tub, and the science of water composition was really invaluable.
He was helpful and patient, with a refreshingly honest approach.

Just took delivery of my tub. From the sales and service of Matt at whitstable who was brilliant not pushy very quick at answering any questions I had.

To the delivery and installation and set up from Joe and Jack. These two lads were exceptional they were very knowledgable and really explained everything. Nothing was too much trouble for the both of them.

Delivery guys who set the tub up (Jordan, Rob and oli) done an excellent job friendly knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to get it sorted and when there was a manufacturing issue they made sure they sorted rather than palm it off onto the maintenance/repair team..

I would really like to thank Jake for being such a lovely person, so polite, answered every question I asked, he gave me some really good advise on some of the queries, I would definitely use Johnson’s again for a hot-tub service, we need a few more people like Jake in the world, he’s a Keeper. Very exciting day for the family. 2 great guys delivered and installed our hot tub. Joe and Sam are very professional guys. Installed item with out a problem and went through the set up with us stage by stage.

Just taken delivery of our Hot Tub and Aaron,Sam and Tony were brilliant. Explained all the workings and had a great chemistry lesson! The lads were very polite and full of chat, it's so nice to receive such great customer service.
Would highly recommend and now just waiting for the tub to heat up and the wine is on ice!
