I’ve been using Join Layla since July 2024 (8 months now) and I haven’t had a bad experience. I switched from a local program that was charging $600/mo. The transfer was easy and I’ve always had good customer experience. I like that they use a 503B pharmacy. I know there’s negative reviews so I wanted to give my experience for what it’s worth. Whenever I order my refill, I get it on my doorstep in two days. My only recommendation for the company would be to have more educational resources available as far as using syringes and what not. I’m steadily losing weight, and couldn’t be happier.

I filled out application and they repeatedly asked me to complete and set up consult. Before this you have to add credit card. I did this but decided to research before moving forward. 2 days ago my bank alerted a withdrawal of $299. My neighbor found a sodden wet small package addressed to me on the street. Apparently it’s my new Rx that I never signed up for. Reached out to the company who said it’s too late to return as it’s already mailed out. Going to have this vial tested in local lab… Scam beware

This seems to be a scam. When texting with the physician he didn’t seem to even know my current dosage and I have not been able to speak anyone. I have seen no change since I started taking this medication. I hope customers read my review because I truly regret not reading the reviews before they ripped me off I will also be filing a comp with the better business bureau and considering have my last vile lab tested to make sure it is authentic

I’ve been using JoinLayla for a year. In addition to steady weight loss results, the company is a so easy to work with! I love the ease of the site to do the monthly checkins, ask questions and delay shipments. No doctors offices to visit, everything is online and it magically shows up on my doorstep!

Scam. Not even able to log in or chat with anyone without trying to log in changed password and never got an email don’t waste your time

I was overcharged $600 for two consecutive months. After not receiving a response from customer service, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and received a partial refund of $400 for the first overcharge.

In less than 3 months, I have been charged $1300 for two vials of GPL1. $200 for the first vial, $300 for the second vial, $200 for nothing ($600 minus a partial refund of $400) and $600 for nothing.

There are many reputable online pharmacies, Layla isnt one of them.

Layla has been consistent and easy to work with. I didn't need to lose a ton of weight but they have helped me hit my target weight and have me feeling like losing even more. They have always been prompt in communicating which I appreciate. The only downfall is the price, but may be you pay for what you get in the service.

I switched from another online company and Layla was much more reliable and easy to use. I would give it 5 stars if the price was better. Other companies are closer to the $200-225 range. But the ease of using Layla might be worth it for some people.

I haven't lost a bunch of weight but I have gone real slow with increasing because I didn't want to get sick. My only issue is the prices are all over the place. If you sign up and they run another special before you get your medication they do not honor the price you are stuck with it. My medication had come warm but they were prompt to respond answering any questions.

Product has been working for me. I’ve been a customer for 6 months. Customer service is above and beyond. The portal to message the doctors is extremely helpful and convenient.

Customer Support has been great, every time I have a question, I can always count on a reply back right away.
My appetite has changed, no more cravings or snacks in between meals, I have 3 meals a day with smaller portions, never fill hungry.
If you’re wanting to lose weight I highly recommend Layla.

I’m on my 8th week, I signed up for 3 months an was approved within 24 hours had my meds in a week. I’ve had no issues with customer service or asking questions to the doctor they answer in a timely manner, I have not lost much weight as I am still figuring out my dosage but I have no gained weight and that’s a plus for me. I highly recommend.

Felt no effects. Lost zero weight. Both packages arrived hot even though they say it needs to be refrigerated. Second vial burned every time i injected It. Complete waste of $700.complained and they ghosted me. Scamming people desperate to lose weight.

I have been charged almost $900 for three vials. They have charged me 2 more times for medication never received. I have contacted customer support with no response. This company is a scam.

I have had a great experience with Layla Healthcare. I have been on my medication for 5 months now and every prescription has come with clear directions, the right medication and instruments, and on time.

I joined Layla in February and felt it was sketchy from the beginning. When I received my first vial of tirzepatide, the name of the medication was misspelled on both the vial and the prescription label which is a big red flag. They later switched compound pharmacies and fixed the spelling errors but it put me on high alert for mistakes. I didn't ever speak on the phone to anyone at Layla to sign up or get a prescription, including a doctor (no video appointments either), and only received a message from a doctor about being prescribed medication with instructions for use and symptoms to report. The third month they neglected to increase my dose to 7.5mg as I had requested but they did eventually send me the correct dose after messaging with customer support for a week. When I joined, the price was $449 a month for tirzepatide and this month they charged me $549 for 10mg of tirzepatide without letting me know there would be such a large price increase. I tried to contact customer support telling them I could not afford the increase but I did not hear back from them. I then saw that they were now advertising a price of $399 a month for higher doses of tirzepatide on their website and I messaged customer support again, through their message portal, asking to receive the price being advertised. Customer support never responded to any of my messages and since there is no phone number listed on the site to call to talk to someone, I felt completely neglected and scammed. After a week of waiting for a response to my messages I finally sent an email cancelling my account and put a reverse on the charge for the medication that hadn't been sent out yet, even though I was charged immediately. Almost two weeks after my request to cancel, I finally received an email confirming the cancellation of any future orders but they sent out the last prescription which arrived over 2 weeks late and completely warm, so I have no idea if the medication in the vial is still potent. I am assuming they are going to still try to charge me the $549 but I intend to fight it with my bank especially since the medication did not arrive temperature controlled. I would not recommend this company, and I have switched to a different company with which I have already had an amazing experience!
