Stay away from Mavely.

I completed my first payout period, then their compliance team asked for website info before releasing my commissions. I replied four times with everything they requested, including full email headers as proof. They later claimed they “never received” my emails, closed my account, and kept all of my earned commissions anyway.

Even after I showed proof that my replies were sent and delivered, they refused to review my account, reopen it, or pay what I earned. Their own policies allow them to reverse all commissions once they mark an account as removed, which leaves creators with no real protection when they stop responding. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General’s office so there is an official record of how they handled this.

If you value your time and income, in my experience this is not a company you can trust to pay you fairly.

they started removing all the sites I can make commission on with no real explanation

this platform was good until they considered my pages a resell page when I don’t promote that and when asking about why my sites were being taken away they ignored my questions and didn’t care to answer nor take me out of a category they believe I should be in with no reconsideration at all

when I show proof of my work and compared to others who literally is posting the SAME EXACT THING AS ME there’s more to it and they won’t give me a response

I don't know what kind of incompetent person is in charge of the company but it's sinking fast. I made an account with them on Saturday, got approved instantly, had access to all their features including making links. I message them on the same day letting them know that one of their partner's links doesn't work when creating affiliate link, I receive no reply whatsoever from them regarding the issue.

Today I receive an email saying they closed my account without any explanation. Honestly probably for the best, any time I did a search on them in the past couple of days I kept seeing people complain their accounts got deleted and money frozen without reason. STAY AWAY!
