Revoked my account with no reason or violation. Many people complaining over the same issue.

I wish I would have looked at reviews. When it came time for my first commission payment, I got an email saying my account was deactivated and they refused to give a reason or site any policy violations. They say "They can deactivate anyone for any reason they see fit". Its straight up theft.

I signed up to Mavely and spent a day preparing and setting up links to items for my socials only to have my account deactivated less than 24 hours later. All of that work for nothing. I reached out to try to understand the situation thinking maybe I had done something wrong but got an ambiguous auto reply saying that the decision was final and irreversible. So disappointing, I do not recommend this company. Now I see there are many, many negative reviews about this company. I’m only grateful that I wasn’t further in and I didn’t have funds withheld like others have.

Extremely disappointed in this platform. I was making the switch from LTK to Mavely. I must have opened a Mavely account years ago under a different email so when I tried to get it resolved and switched to my now business email, I just got a response that I was flagged, all my accounts were immediately closed and I would not be able to open another one and their decision was FINAL. WTF! Not even an attempt to help me resolve my issue. This is embarrassing for Mavely.

I’m extremely disappointed with Mavely. After investing time and effort promoting their platform and finally earning higher commissions, my account was closed without warning or explanation—and they withheld my earned payments, saying the decision was final.

Mavely claims to support creators, but my experience says otherwise. With no transparency or accountability, I can’t recommend this platform. Proceed with caution.

Poor customer service. I should not have to wait a week before a return call to discuss onboarding issues! Another associate said she emailed someone, and that person will contact me to schedule a call to answer all my questions. Never happened! Now I am reading numerous concerning comments. Last, after a webinar, the listed email for additional questions was incorrect. (delivery failure). I finally found another email. I will know next week if I am successful.

Immediately after you open an account they will ban and close your account without any reason. So don't trust them.

If you are from a third world, you wouldn't want to waste your time here, they would close your account whenever they want.

A very, very racist platform. I do not recommend it. Your project will collapse while working with them. They do whatever they want without any inquiry. They will close your account without prior warning or any inquiry. Also, do not take the currency earned in many products.

A Platform That Bans Without Proof

I recently created an account on Mavely, only to find it banned almost immediately with false accusations of being linked to a previously removed user. I have never had any prior account on Mavely, yet they refused to provide any proof for their claims.

When I reached out to their support team, all I got were generic, copy-paste responses that completely ignored my actual concern. They kept repeating that they have the right to remove any account without warning or explanation—which means they can falsely accuse anyone and get away with it.

I made it very clear in my emails:

✔️ I am NOT appealing my account closure.
✔️ I do NOT want their commission or any money.
✔️ I have NO interest in their platform.

Yet, they kept dodging my main question—why did they block my account without proof? Instead of being transparent, they refused to provide any evidence and cut off communication.

Mavely’s handling of this situation shows that they lack professionalism, transparency, and accountability. If they can randomly ban users with false claims, how can anyone trust them?

There are plenty of better, more trustworthy platforms out there. If you’re considering Mavely, think twice before wasting your time.

Beware of this bait switch fraudsters! Mavely paid me for smaller earnings ($300) but closed my account when I reached $1500, withholding my funds. They closed my account without explanation.

I’m really disappointed with Mavely. I signed up with high hopes, as they promote an easy way to earn income by sharing products with friends. However, my experience has been far from positive, and I feel like I’ve been scammed.

After following all the steps and meeting the requirements to earn commissions, I never received any of the payouts promised.
