I appreciate being reached out to by the team and being offered collaboration opportunities. As a person trying to turn my hobby into something I do full time for work and doesn't have a manager, I appreciate being able to work with brands I would normally have no contact with.

Mavely has been a really great experience so far! I love that there is no pressure on how much income you have to make and you can do it on your terms . They also have wonderful staff to help you be successful in your endeavors with affiliate marketing and love their wide selection of companies they work with !

Mavely is so easy to use and I love that there wasn’t an application process and it’s free! You even get to meet with someone and ask questions!

Nina went above and beyond to explain all of the features that Mavely has for us creators. She sent me so many resources and told me to email her anytime or I can schedule another call if needed. I could tell she wants me to succeed. I never felt limited by being a small creator.

Kris from Mavely made the onboarding process fun, interactive and easy to to action. He was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I was able to implement what I learned within minutes. Super appreciative of his help.

Account terminated without reason given - I was in the process of setting up my account, hadn't even really explored the platform just joined so that I could access their education so I could use the platform appropriately. Account terminated with no warning, if I had done something incorrect in the sign up process I would absolutely correct this given the option but the lack of communication and zero chance behaviour seems an awful way for a platform that people generate income through seems incredibly shady.

Nina was so nice and wanted to get to know me a little before we got into the call. She explained how to use the app and answered all my questions. She also told me she was available for future calls and by email. I felt important as a creator and it’s great to have that support!

Nina was very helpful in getting me to comprehend how Mavely works - and that says a lot because I really had no idea what I was doing. Now I feel like I’m well on my way to start really posting and cross-posting. I booked another call with her, but had to cancel because I’m sick. I plan to reschedule for next week.

Olivia truly listened and went to the team to find solutions for me. She then came back within the same day with answers and great news. Fast response, solutions and a total pleasure to chat with, excited to work with her going forward.

After I signed up with the Mavely Program, as a complete beginner to affiliate marketing, I felt lost as to where to begin. I immediately scheduled an orientation call with Jordan Rosenberg. Jordan not only eased my fears, she also explained the Mavely program and emailed me the information needed to move forward. It was a pleasure connecting with Jordan, and I look forward to a successful career with the Mavely family.

I joined Mavely and worked with only one account.
I followed the platform rules to the best of my knowledge.

Before payout, my account was suddenly deactivated.
I received an email saying my account was “linked with a previously removed creator account.”

This claim is false.
I never created, owned, or used any other Mavely account.

Mavely did not provide evidence.
They did not explain how this “link” was detected.
They refused any appeal or review.

All earned commissions were withheld.
No violations were shown.
The decision was labeled as final.

After research, I found many similar reports.
Other creators describe the same pattern.
Accounts get removed close to payout.
Support gives vague replies or none at all.

Mavely’s Terms allow them to do this.
They state they can remove accounts and withhold commissions without explanation.
This creates high risk for creators.

I am sharing this to warn others.
Do not rely on this platform for income.
You can lose your earnings without proof or recourse

Olivia was so kind, timely and professional, and while the touch base was brief, she was able to pack in a lot of information about Mavely into our time. Her thoughtfulness around trying to get answers to my questions makes me feel so seen and understood already, and I’m looking forward to getting to work with her again! 🤍

I wish I would’ve read reviews prior to using Mavely. Like all the others, Mavely waited until it was time to pay me to terminate my account. What in the world?! They couldn’t give a reason why my account was terminated. After reading all these other reviews, it’s clear to me that they do this intentionally. They essentially stole about $500 from me. Unbelievably shady. STAY AWAY FROM MAVELY. I’ll spread the word about their shady tactics any opportunity that I get. Stay far away from Mavely.

EDIT: After their reply to my review here on Trustpilot, I got an e-mail from them confirming they won't be reinstating my account, with bogus reasons as to why. DO NOT use Mavely.
