looking for a dog coat - assistant very pleasant and helpful. Tried several coats till we found the right one - most importantly really cared about my dog - kept chatting to him and stroking his ears

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Mince

We make our own dog food and the mince we buy here is its main ingredient. Great value for money and good quality.

I was delighted with the service I…

I was delighted with the service I received and my dog looked great when I collected him after his wash. He has clearly enjoyed the experience which was a big plus considering his advanced years. I’ve booked to have full groom later this month.

Kudos to the staff for their commitment to cleanliness and professionalism. I highly recommend Jollyes to anyone looking for a top-notch grooming experience in a pristine environment! Excellent keep it up!! 🐶

My husband and I went to Jollyes yesterday on August 23rd and it was'nt very well staffed. There was plenty of choice in cat beds we chose a small cat bed for our cat for our new home there was also plenty of choice of cat toys. The girl who served us was very friendly.
