Great services as always

Great shop, prices and staff

The Deputy Manger has zero customer service. She dealt with one customer and then turned her back on me to have a conversation with her colleague about her personal life for at least 5 minutes. She then walks off, her colleague asked are we booked in, clearly not as you have just had a 5 minute conversation with her. Appalling service, how did she get the job.

It’s nice that a store, offers this service as our fur babies are family and, the extremely high vet prices makes it easier to make sure. They are kept up to date health wise.
