I have always visited the bedford branch from the minute i bought my cat and the staff their have been nothing but helpful and seem to have ALOT of knowledge on pets and diets etc. The booking system... Ver más
looking for a dog coat - assistant very pleasant and helpful. Tried several coats till we found the right one - most importantly really cared about my dog - kept chatting to him and stroking his ears
Love jollyes and the girls love it there and the staff love them when they come in :) always very helpful and that :)

Interested and knowledgeable staff
The sales assistant (Sam) was knowledgeable about the dog seat belts and training leads. She heard us talking and offered her advice and extra information. She came across as interested in our situation.
Because of her interaction with us, we both commented later, that we would choose to go there over the other local pet shop.

We are very happy with the two Ladies in the Bedford Jollyes store the are professionals in there job our two westies were well look after, and will be going back 😆

Prices are very reasonable
I booked an appointment at the store. The girls were very friendly and helpful. On the day I was very happy with my dogs treatment and care. The staff are lovely and I'll be bringing my dog back for another shampoo and de-shed. Prices are very reasonable

I asked for a make of dry dog food
I asked for a make of dry dog food - they didn't do it. I asked for a treat dispenser for a small dog - they didn't do that either!

The lady on the till was lovely
The lady on the till was lovely. Just not much choice in the store. Couldn't get a brush for my cat, or a fork or the meat she likes 🤷🏼♀️
