I have always visited the bedford branch from the minute i bought my cat and the staff their have been nothing but helpful and seem to have ALOT of knowledge on pets and diets etc. The booking system... Ver más
looking for a dog coat - assistant very pleasant and helpful. Tried several coats till we found the right one - most importantly really cared about my dog - kept chatting to him and stroking his ears
Love jollyes and the girls love it there and the staff love them when they come in :) always very helpful and that :)

They have everything under one roof…
They have everything under one roof that you need for your pet ,the staff are wonderfully helpful and polite I enjoy using the bedford which is only 3 miles away,

Very efficient
Very efficient. However, as I am a first time Puppy “mom”, I would have loved if the vet would’ve given me more of their time, as I did have some questions, some advice that I would have appreciated.
That’s my only down point. But, all and all- the staff was friendly and very efficient.

Shop great groomers not
Shop great, staff great but grooming awful totally hacked at and has bald patches. Grooming manager too and several friends had same experience. I emailed to complain and the response was very fast then the store called me and offered a 20% refund for the bald patches. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen to anyone else and my first time here too
Won’t be going back unless they have a groomer who is better trained
