looking for a dog coat - assistant very pleasant and helpful. Tried several coats till we found the right one - most importantly really cared about my dog - kept chatting to him and stroking his ears

Love jollyes and the girls love it there and the staff love them when they come in :) always very helpful and that :)

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Friendly approachable staff always on…

Friendly approachable staff always on hand for advice and helpful with pet care my dog likes coming here and all the staff like him too.. good range of dog food and toys and pet care products overall a good pet store

Booked online for today at 9:00, got cancelled today at 08:25. AVOID THIS COMPANY, It's unacceptable to call and cancel, only one single staff member to groom she said, they are not interested in getting business. No customer service at all, will make sure that everyone I know is aware of the way this people deal with their customers, they can't be trusted. NEVER AGAIN I WILL BE SPENDING MONEY IN THIS PLACE. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Had a grooming booked for my Cocker…

Had a grooming booked for my Cocker Spaniel for today at 09:00, booked about 4 weeks ago and at 08:20 my wife gets a phone call cancelling to appointment.....
What a bunch of irresponsible people, will never use again and will ensure that I give a bad review to everyone I know that uses it or asks about it.
Lack of professionalism
