Good products selection helpful staff

I was in there yesterday and I picked up dog food on the mix and match deal buy 8 get 2 free took to the till and the person rang it through and nothing about the discount was applied when I asked about it and I’m not being mean or anything but the person in the till did not have a clue and when another person came on tills she had no clue ether so I was 60pound on food when I should have had a deal

Problem not resolved

We needed a harness or something to stop our dog pulling. The manageress came and gave us invaluable help and we finally decided to buy a haltie . So grateful for her guidance and experience

The staff were great and friendly. I could mostly find what I was looking for. Sadly the squeaky snowman that I bought for my puppy has broken within a day. The squeaky has fallen inside the snowman therefore making it dangerous for my puppy as it could be a choking hazard. I sadly won’t be able to get back to the store to see if I can exchange for another one.

Staff for one were amazing made my bullmastiff feel relaxed and when picked her up she was loving life ❤️ Dianne Aird 👍

The young man who served me at the till told me about the points scheme and signed me up.he was also very friendly and polite .the store has a wide range if products at very reasonable prices too..

Jollyes is good, but I think biassed more toward dogs than cats. I have bought a good few items there, and will definitely go back.

Good choice and good prices and most of all, the dog likes the food.

When i shopped in store the staff were really nice and helpful.

Checkout guy at Edinburgh Hermiston Gait store had ,a natural kindness and friendliness and was super,-helpful to me in checking prices, I have mild vision problems ...just a really nice shopping experience and came away happy with my purchase

I found the store to be very welcoming and extremely well stocked. I only went in to have a look around and ended up buying a few treats for my daughter's dog. Amy daughter was pleased, as was Jasper, her dog!!

The lad explained the rewards very well he is a credit to the company

My 2 older Shih Tzus Coco and Daisy were with Dionne and Devon yesterday having an oap pamper day, they are very good with them and make allowances for their arthritic joints and nervousness.
I have no worries leaving them at Jollyes the groomers with these ladies.
