Absolutely brilliant shop. Prices are really reasonable. Other stores like pets at home overcharge. The staff are friendly. I never knew about jollyes until last month. Wish I'd known about it sooner.... Ver más
As previous visits there's a good stock of raw foods by different manufacturers/brands. Easy to view freezer contents and make selection. Loyalty scheme and discounts available on certain brands.... Ver más

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. New policy to ignore visiting dogs and not treat them at the till is wrong.
As a very regular customer of Jollyes, the experience of taking my dog along shopping used to be very exciting to her the staff were friendly and made a fuss of her even gave her a small treat on leaving. Now policy has changed the staff ignore the dogs visiting and don't offer a small biscuit. My dog doesn't understand what she has done wrong when staff ignore her. The whole atmosphere has changed and its now a sad experience for my dog. So I've been choosing to shop elsewhere with my dog and use Jollyes less. Such a shame. Even a staff member said to me that he felt it was wrong.

No more loose seed ☹️
You have stopped selling the bird seed we use in “normal” sizes. We used to go and bag up loose seed and pay by weight. Now I’ve had to buy a 12kg bag of seed for a single cockatiel ….. won’t need to buy any more for a year mind you. Now we have the hassle of storing this monster size bag not to mention the effort it took to get it out the shop …. Customer services via email were not helpful or apologetic in the slightest.

The person who served me did not say hello and when he did speak I could not hear what he was saying. He did not thank me or say goodbye either - felt that was a bit rude.
