Excellent choice of products which were easy to locate in the store. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent groomer she is so good with the dogs and makes them clean and smart

Lovely staff, great selection, competitive prices and offers and they even shelled me out to the car with my purchases.

Prices have gone up considerably. And offers have all Stopped on small pet food. Will be looking for somewhere else to buy my pet food

We are always well received whether we have our fur babies with us or not, staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Went out of my way to go on Saturday following an email saying there was 20% off my chosen brand. Got there to find the variety I needed was excluded from offer.

The staff are anything but jolley. Great store with a lot of choice I could spend a long time in here sifting through bargains. The staff however are miserable. I bought a few of the loose treats for my dog, with the bag provided I added them all in. The counter assistant took me back over to this area and had me show him what I put in the bag as he had to put them all through the till individually. They were all the same price so I didn’t think this would be an issue. It was very humiliating, I felt as though I was getting into trouble!

No incentive to shop at store anymore as no discount or loyalty card

Went to Jollies Edinburgh. I normally shop here every month. I get all of Charles treats, food, toys and everyday things here due to the wide range of self service treats (Pick & Mix) as Charles likes different treats. They no longer do treats like this. I will now be going back to Pets are home as they still do this range. Unfortunately I will probably end up doing all my dog shopping there from now on. It's a shame as I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere Jollyes had.
Not all changes are for the better.

The shop is restocked daily, good selection of pet food , lots of healthy dog treats. Pet name tags making available. Friendly costumer service.

The gentleman that helped me was fantastic! Lovely to chat to and gave lots of good tips for my new puppy, he managed to serve other people while trying to help me out as well.
