Absolutely brilliant shop. Prices are really reasonable. Other stores like pets at home overcharge. The staff are friendly. I never knew about jollyes until last month. Wish I'd known about it sooner.... Ver más

So staff are very well educated and help so much

Go elsewhere
I’m writing on behalf of my friend, she took her two dogs to be groomed by Dion, in Edinburgh who does a great job of the two Lhasa’s.
She told me she was advised to take the dogs elsewhere as they cry for one another, Stacey was very upset as she’s been taking them there for a long time, and felt the dogs were not welcome.
If she’d asked for them to be brought in separate this would have been done, but she told her to go someplace else where there are two groomers. Absolutely devastated by this and totally unprofessional
