The staff are helpful and friendly and when i asked a question they answered it and helped me with my query i had about putting my dog onto natural uncooked meat diet ,since he has been on the meat he is more healthier coat is in better condition and his stomach is much better since being on this natural food would recommend and the staff will be willing to answer any questions you have
