The shop was organised in an easy way to find the products. The staff were friendly and efficient. Everything was done swiftly and the products were of good quality for a fair price

Told them I didn't want anything cut on dog but they cut hair round his neck when I asked them said they hadn't but his photo from week before proves they did now looking for another groomers

staff were very friendly and help full. The store has a good variety of products for every price range, Most importantly its super pet friendly with fresh water stations and treat bowls.

Got what I needed at good price (comparable to discount stores). However, when I was asked at the till if I wanted to make a donation of food to a pet charitable cause and I asked what my donation would buy, I was told £1.50 would buy the tiny tin of food indicated by the member of staff. I’m afraid I declined. I’d happily have paid £1.50 for a sensible purchase.
