Prices are good. I did click & collect, the only issue was, I never received an email to say my order was ready to collect, it’s only because I went in there to find out what was happening that I was told it was ready.

Staff are great, products are good and competitively priced but the aisles are always always chocked with pallets etc blocking easy access. As a disabled user it’s my only real gripe otherwise good job.

Amazing staff, Especially Sinead at the Tonbridge store. All staff are very friendly and happy to help and show you where items are.

Just missed out on a 5 because none of your worm screen tablets available in store so had to by others.
Worm screen was not in stock last time I looked to buy some.

The fact that there is a good variety of live foods for exotic pets. I have Tarantulas and unlike other pet shops Jollyes stock everything I need. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Having Jollyes a 5 minute drive away is amazing but what makes it even better is that they have a good range of raw and natural dog food in a good selection of different flavours which keeps or dog happy and excited for his meals each day! Thank you Jollyes Tonbridge

Whenever i come to buy loose canary and other cage bird seed youve never got any and i was told your stopping selling loose seed its ridiculous as a lot of people with birds find its more economic to buy it this way

We had looked in 3/4 other local stores for a bird cage we could pick up the same day as well as other bits for our new pet budgies and no where but Jollyes had a great range that we could view and buy in store! Will definitely be coming back soon 😊
